Music plays no matter what on resume
So if I'm listening to a song and I press pause then I hibernate my carputer, then resume it, when the computer boots it starts playing the song I had paused from where it was paused. I would really prefer that it would start from resume paused at where I was listening to the music (regardless of whether it was playing before I hibernated). I tried putting "Never Resume" under the resume music mode, but then it just reloads from the beginning of the playlist when I click play, rather than where I was last listening to music. Is there any way to change this?
Also, sort of a side note - when it does resume playing music, it starts, stops, then starts playing again (all at the spot it was paused from)... it's sort of like it hiccups. This happens every time I resume from hibernation... Is there any way to fix this?

so you want the music not to play when the computer wakes up? And then push a button for it to start? This was a "feature" to make it play. Have you poked around WinAmp's settings? I haven't doen this because I want my music playing when it comes alive, so this is just a suggestion not a foolproof solution.
Also for the hiccups it is normal. That happens to music even if you play them in WMP on a regular computer, put it in standby, and resume. A little choppy at first. I think it has something to do with windows using all the resources to get itself ready again.

Haha, yeah, I guess I'm a bit fussy. I just don't like blaring the music, pressing pause, and turning off the car to go to sleep then the next morning coming back to blaring music, you know? I've been turning the volume down every time I turn off the car to offset this, but it's a bit tedious... I would rather just press play when I come back to the car when I'm ready to listen to music. Perhaps it would be better to look for something that turns down the volume when I resume from hibernate (or while going into hibernation)?
I looked at the winamp settings (2.95), and I couldn't find anything... I'm not exactly sure what to look for though, I mean, would I be looking for something involving resume from hibernate??

Can't you just push the stop button instead of the pause button? Won't resume from the same place though.

Isn't there a spot in rr.ini where you can put commands for road runner to load when resuming/hibernating? Now that I think about it, it would probably be ideal for the music to load but with volume at 5% or so on resume... maybe there is a spot where I could put this in??

Good work. That seems to fit you perfectly. Actually I might use this and set it to "if above 5%, set to 2% else leave it alone". Rarely do I ever have it greater than 10.
