Road Runner: Screen & Font Scaling

I have had a couple people tell me when they tried to use the skin in 800 x 480 resoltions, the fonts on the skin were not showing up correcly. I changed my general.ini here, and see what they were talking about.

Here is the skin in its native 800 x 600 resolution:

Here is the skin in 800 x 480, as changed in the general.ini:

As you can see from the above image, the bottom row fonts are being moved way down, and the fonts everywhere are being moved slightly down, and are no longer in the correct places.

I am not sure how Road Runner scales everything, or even if this can be fixed. It is just something I have received reports on, and thought I would post it here, in hopes that there is some work around or something.

Yes, font scaling has always been disabled because its calculations do not come up right based on height changes... it should in fact also be aware of width changes (so that 640x480 would look like a "resized" 800x600 -- but it doesn't work well).. the code is commented out in DoLabels() ... but could be re-instated, or made into a setting..

As a setting would prob be good. Hopefully the scaling is a bit better than the way it is displaying now. I would hate to have to design different copies of the skin with the most popular resolutions...
