This could be an issue from a winamp plugin installed.. I have never seen this before.

I think it has something to do with the Visualizer. From what I've tested at least, it seems that when it's active on exit, it won't kill with RR, when it's not, it seems to work just fine.
The killtask.exe that is in the post treetop777 posted does work though, but it's a seperate script that needs to be run to close it. It would be nice to have it kill the winamp.exe upon close without needing that external script.

Yeah you're right, turning vis off before exiting closes winamp. I tried adding "ONEXIT","VISU" but no go.

And "CLOSEWINAMP" doesn't kill it either. Have you tried the killtask.exe that johnwpb made?

Do I need to edit my skin file to use the script or can I run it somehow using "ONEXIT". Sorry I've only been using RR for a couple days.

Code:
"KillWinamp","RunQ;$skinpath$scripts\Kill_Task.exe|winamp.exe"
On the Exit button in my skin, I have:
This way when I close RR, Winamp is forced to close.
Simply change the winamp.exe to any process you want to kill and create more lines in the exectbl for each thing you want to be sure is closed, Rainlender for instnace:
Code:
"KillRainlender","RunQ;$skinpath$scripts\Kill_Task.exe|Rainlender.exe"
SO now your exit button would have the following code to close both:
Code:
"KillWinamp||KillRainlender||QUIT"
Attached it the zipped up .exe
Try this.
