I'm having a problem with RideRunner's playlist. When I click the 'eject' button to show the music directory, I see all the music files there as normal. When I click the top item (the three dots '...') it is supposed to move to the previous directory, but it doesn't. It simply takes me back to RideRunner's music player and starts playing the current music. I've just switched to using Foobar2000 and previously I was using Winamp, this never used to happen when I used Winamp.

Any idea why? I wanna load different playlists and I need this to work, but it won't let me change my playlist. Even if I run Foobar on its own and load a new playlist into it, and then close it, and run RideRunner, RideRunner still shows the previous playlist and plays from that only.

Unless you have a folder called "..." (THREE dots), RR will not put it there -- RR should only show ".." (TWO dots) to go back to a previous folder -- when you don't the use hide dots option. You should make a debug log to see if the skin you're using (which you haven't mentioned) is overriding the default double click action. I can also suggest you try a different skin to see if double clicking the ".." (TWO dots) takes you back one folder.

RR doesn't use or mess with the Foobar playlist - it creates a separate playlist to work with, then removes it before exiting - messing with the playlist in foobar will do no good.

NOTE: that if you're trying to double click the ".." in the default MUSIC folder or default VIDEO folder -- the default action is to load all your songs! You can only back out of the default MUSIC/VIDEO folder if you set pathlimit=false in RR.INI (probably option in RRConfig as well).
