How to Setup RR to display Unicode for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean
If you are having problem setting up RR to display unicode correctly, first make sure you have install the the asian language packs #1, then set your language for non unicode program #2.
#1: In XP, go to control panel -> regional & language option-> Languages Tab -> Under the "supplemental Language Support" section -> Checked "Install files for East Asian Languages" -> Hit Apply
#2: In XP, go to control panel -> regional & language option-> Advance Tab -> under the "language for non-unicode program" set it to your language.
