tide plugin localized only

still working on it and at the moment it will only benefit like the 4 or 5 members in San Diego.

but its coming along pretty well.

once i get it all working I should be able to make it work for anywhere as long as i find a good website for tides

I know I'm landlocked in ATL but I make regular trips for kayaking and fishing and it'd be great to have this. Maybe a way to search the whole database and just set a few locations as your favorites to keep up to date, that may help minimize the DL time needed at a wireless hotspot.
