just to busy at work.
Label and indicator support would be good. My skin is label based to support custom font colors and the overlays have to have the labels hard-coded in the jpegs.

THe one main feature, that I think is the big one everyone is talking about, would be to allow labels on the overlays.
To read the hex colors for those labels would push it over the top for sure This would allow the labels to match the font color in skins that support font color changing.
The only problem is to come up with a standard, as different skins use different variable names for the R G B values.

Why not have it to read from whatever is set up in the skin codes like RR does?
There's no "universal" RGB code, but shouldn't it be able to just read what is defined by the /DEFINE and INC codes? This may be reaching a little, but I'm not the one that is making this awesome plugin.

the color is not an issue for me, as i have the code done even before this script(labels are disable as they are static), i only need time, the include feature is doable but like i said time is my worst enemy, and i still want to continue in ElcoLendar. it will be done thats for sure.

As with anything in this hobby. There are other priorities, and I (hopefully we) can be patient.

Val.
Do you have this plugin? on my skin thread, I'm trying to make label fonts more dynamic than just a font floating over the jpeg, So I tried to do a shadow, and it looks so much better. (Basically, I just duplicated the label, and moved the lower label 2 pixels left and down and made it black.) I can't get it to work with the iLists, or any text that scrolls though, and that makes it look a little incomplete. If you've got something already done for this, I would love to try it out.

One thing I just noticed is the down image shows after I release the click, rather than as I'm clicking the button. NBD but it acts a little different than the way RR acts.

I just tried new alpha version ... doesn't seem to be working.
The script opens briefly and then closes again - you can see the AI logo appearing in down by the clock. Tested with my original overlay skin ... that does work with your old version.

Same here, I get the error I mentioned earlier as if there were two scripts running, but there is definitely only one:

new version does indeed support labels ...
cpu usage is quite high ... 60-80% compared with 5-10% on previous version ... not so responsive as older version.
labels do not support positioning like "CENTER" etc ... they default to LEFT ...

I just downloaded the new version again, and it still doesn't work. Same error again... What am I doing wrong?
Edit:
Okay works, but what val said:
text wraps if it is too big for the space, and only aligns left. Also, the text size is smaller, not sure why, I just copied the labels from my other screens. Since indicators aren't supported, it doesn't show my mute on/off labels.
It does seem a little slow, but I didn't check the CPU usage.
we're getting closer to perfect here... still a few steps away, but closer.
