Thx, Sonic....
any ideas or insight as to the folder.jpg not loading into the playlist?
I've got a timer interval set for about 2s in actionscript that waits for the search to complete, how many covers have you displayed at a time? Just wondering if this is long enough, too long etc...

I created a script for the first release that launches RR's OSK, asks for the first letter in the artists name, searches out artist names (based on folder names) with that criteria and then builds the XML accordingly. This helped with making searches easier when shuffling through the cover mess.
Same thing could probably be done for Genres using a different method other than folder names.
My music folders are organized by artist name then album so this worked great for me.

as per the instructions on post 1< you now need to issue>>>
"LOAD;covermess.skin||SETFLASHVAR;CMMODE;TRUE"
the name of your swf should now be....
RFCM_coversxml_file_xx_28^Arial Narrow^0xFFFFFF^Center^xx^xx_.swf
make sure you also have the file.txt file in yor skin folder too..

will do that to determine all the pictures (jpg, png, ..... all format pictures), not just with the name "folder.jpg"
