open your xml file in notepad, then do 'save as' make sure make sure 'encoding' on the bottom is set to 'unicode'.....try that and let me know...I had to do this to get it to work on mine...

Still working on it pafftis, actually have made some nice progress...
I've laid the framework for dynamically changing what covers are displayed...ie alphabetical selection / genre selection etc...
I've also made it easier to set up..
Still alot to do though, hoping to do new release in the next week sometime...
