About cover.jpg being missing, I would suggest trying a different skin to see if it works, if not, then either you have some wrong setting or the file is hidden or it's in the wrong place, otherwise (if it works on another skin) you need to check in the skin's thread about it as it is a skin issue.

Hi Guino,

As you guided, I add "VISU||TRANSPARENT;FoobarVis;60;true" in Audio_Player.skin, and it works.

However, on the other machine, it doesn't work. The visulization did come out, but not transparent.
Did I miss something?

PS. Both laptops have same configurations.

Thanks in advance!

If they have same config (O.S., CPU, MEM, Drivers, AND RR SETTINGS, etc) then they should work the same. I would check that the command is correctly spelled on the machine that doesn't work. If it is ok, then try this instead:

Code:
"VISU||DELAYEXEC;2;TRANSPARENT;FoobarVis;60;true"

If nothing works, make a debug log of you starting the vis and post a zip of it so I can check it out.

OK I will try early tomorrow morning since it's 1:00 AM in Asia now.

It works, could you tell me why?
I know you delay the execution for 2 secs, but why?

Just seemed like for some reason, on that machine (and with the selected visual), it was taking longer for the visualization to start... in which case, RR would try to make the visu window transparent but it was still not available for doing that, that's why the delay helps.. makes RR wait 2 seconds before attempting to make the window transparent -- hopefully the window would be created in that meantime, hence the command works..
