(Correct me if I'm wrong.)
How can I hide the buttons? I turned them all off in the config file but they still show up.
They don't reflect the same buttons that are defined in the config either so I don't know where they are coming from.

You cant hide the buttons unless RoadRunner is running. I never thought anyone would want to, but I will add that option as soon as I can. Still waiting to get back to the US, because that is where my camera is =[

Cool.
I don't use RR so ideally I would want the buttons on screen but only if I can skin them.
I have tried tons of camera apps and none of them are any good for a carpc except for this one so I hope I can get it to work.
It would be awesome if you could make it more of a standalone app where I could actually configure the buttons and text because it doesn't seem to work now. I turned on all the text overlays but the only one that shows up is gps speed.
Thanks!

THanks for the compliment =] I cant do anything for 'skinning' but I will change the way the program opperates so that when it is running in standalone mode the buttons that are shown will follow what is in the .ini
as for text overlays, well, post up your .ini file (use [ code ] and [ /code ] tags)

Well I'm about to play with it tonight to get it to work in my skin.
So I will try to find out, but what problems are you having, details, don't just say "It don't work".

What skin are you using?
What button code does the TV button have in th eskiun you are using.
Have you changed the Driver= in the RRCAM config.ini to the correct driver.
Just a few hints for you.

included skin? you mean the brushed metal?
if so, then that TV button will not load up RRCam it will try to load up the Winamp TV plugin.
To set that up read this thread.
http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/rr-f...a-support.html
if you still want to use RRCam, you will need to start editing the skin files or use a skin which already has support for RRCam. I think DigitalFX has support for it.

setting up a camera using the winamp TV module has no skin specific parts, ie it can't be a skin problem as the skin just needs a button with a button code of TV and a tv.skin file.

Help with problems RRCam 2.0 FINAL
[MOVED FROM MAIN FORUM TO THE APPROPRIATE THREAD]
Hello everyone I have a problem if someone can help me.
When I run the RRCam 2.0 FINAL makes the following
1Š error:
VideoOCX(VIDEO) - Driver canīt be connected
Accept
To accept
2Š error
Unable to use MSVC codec for saving video. Please choose from an installed one.
accept
To accept opens the program and there is an option that puts List driver to give places:
These are Driver Number and the names for all video for windows drivers:
0- Microsoft WDM image Capture (Win 32) Version 5.1.2600.2180
If no drivers are down, them you have no video for Windows cameras, and this pluing will not work for you. sorry =[
accept
The windows that I have is Windows XP Professional
Using a targeta WinTV HVR 900 through RCA use the camera with its drivers
Thanks

Has anyone been able to get RRCam to work using a regular video camera (with a BNC connector)? I thought I would get better results using one of these instead of a webcam, but it is giving me the same errors as the previous poster. I am running the camera to a KWORLD DVD Maker VS- USB2800 USB 2.0 Interface and outside of RRcam it works great, but RRcam won't recognize it. If I need to get a new video capture device that works please let me know, but I would really like to stick with RRcam and the video camera I have now if possible. Although I would prefer not to switch cameras, if someone knows of a great webcam that works with RRcam, please let me know.
