Effectively, the Carwings_Dynamic_lite skin don't use actually the RM plugin.
But I work on several Add_On for Carwings .
Are already ready:
video_player(with zoom option)
tv
rrskype
cdrip
carburant
trafficcams 1.4
googletraffic
virtualearth
googleearth
rrradar(a gpsexec zone alarm)
4 dynamics menus with icons (2 actually without icons)
3 Applications menus (1 actually)
and other ...
I thinks to create a thread Carwings Add_ON for that .

Yeah, please do that. But all search for your plugins sooner or later anyway.
But think about including a skin for RRMedia. I can help you testing, when v. 1.3 is available. The current one can't work with my unicode titles and 202GB of files (just mp3 and Flacs), plus around 80Gb of videoclips.
Again, RRMedia, or something like that, should be standard in all RR skins.

I think you're wrong on your judgment, I listen to a lot of music. The whole point of building a carputer in my car was to not to worry about WHAT SELECTION to put on a mp3 cd or ipod. Sometimes you're listening something and you think of something else, a quick search, and it's there.
Why skimp on media in the car, if storage is cheap, really?
PS. BTW, scan on Centrafuse takes about 45min to one hour.

Really been trying to get my collection in order. Unfortunately I have some songs that are WMA. RR Media does not recognize WMA tags however RR does. Is there a work around for this?

I "think" I see the same issue occuring here. I will dbl check on it and see whats going on as RRMedia is supposed to for the most part, read any/all tags!
I have only one album thats wma's and after looking under the artist mode for that artist, I do NOT see that wma ablum listed, though going through the folder mode I can of couse....

Wow! I thought I had a lot of music on the car! (183 Gigs at around 35,000 songs).
My last scan with the RRMedia Beta Was:
Songs Imported: 35,537
Scan Took: 24:14

Yeah, RR reads the tags for the WMA's but RRMedia browse mode does not. If I go into the "Unknown" folder it's all of my WMA's. I never realized how mnay I had, a lot being rare acoustic stuff etc..I have about 80 or so.

Nah, have a 2.5" 80 gig HD for the OS, I just have a second 250 gig notebook drive in the PC with all the music on it.
As for movies, can't put them all in the car haahh! around 2,600 full dvd's on the Media Center (2 TB) in the living room....

I did check on the wma issue and have now incorporated a second method if the first method fails at returning any wma tags...
Either I severely missed someone mentioning it or its just now coming to the table??? IDK! But at least its now fixed...
