Is it possible to utilise the camera witihin RR without using the sensor kit? Reason for this is I use the sensor seperately and want to have it available even if the PC is switched off. What I am looking to do is to use a manual switch (connected to reversign lights?) to tell RR that I have gone in to reverse at which time it displays the image. I am not concerned about the sensor input as the existing unit will alert me regarding distance to the object behind.
Thank you

you would either need a relay board or try to use the com port with some trickery.
Both have be done so a little search should give you an answer.

There is a better way to use the sensor seperately.
You can connect the sensor main unit to the USB interface trough a cable as explained in the thred, without remove the receiver from the display.
In this way, you can use the original display and the PC simultaneously.

Robby, Can you add an option to display two sensers in front and two sensors in rear in your plugin? If one installs the sensors in the front he has no option but to use the display which shows the sensors in the rear.

small request of sorts....
I'm trying to implement this and the TMI into my flash skin. Unfortunately, flash cant use slider code in any shape or form. So is it possible to define variables or labels for each angle of slider. It doesnt even need to use the sliders range, just 4 to 1 or whatevers easiest.
Doah. just now saw the source is posted lol.. i guess i can do this myself

You might have some difficulty in recompiling the code, if so, send me the source with yours changes and I will recompile it for you.

Well the source is in the first post, so it wouldn't be too difficult to update it.
