why wait? it'll take 10 minutes to change the labels and indicators to get it working.
1. rename gas_pricefinder.skin to gas.skin
2. Modify all gas related labels to add RRGAS in front
3. Change image indicators
that'll have ya well on ya way. All that would be left is adding the sort commands.

The first one unfortunately uses images for the prices, this is what 'broke' the original gasp prices.
and the second one doesn't list the stations and puts them in a google maps marker image.
so both unfortunately are not really suitable.

The skin files will come with the skin, but you'll still need to get the plugin from fmy forum.

Looking good Enforcer! The station names are now capitalized... but I see the distance to the stations still has like 3 decimal places... 1.513 instead of just 1.5 I can see where that may be helpful with the Metric system, as you can tell how many meters from that many decimals, but here in the U.S. we rarely go more than one place after the decimal.
The plugin is very stable, and works quite well... Did I mention how much I LOVE the new sorting features!!!!

I misread that to mean the Prices in your PM, and after thought I decided against it.
OK, miles I can change.

Does the "Show Map" function work now? for some reason, and it worked flawlessly with gaspricefinder, that nor my logos are showing up.
I guess its off to sift through all those pages

the show map depends on your GPS.
1. Mappoint - (this was what the native went to) No, not sure how to code for this as the original code is internal specific.
2. FreeDrive - Yes as long as it is my Personal Edition
3. iG, see posts by John, and MGD (I think)
others nothing that I have done yet.

Bummer. I will have to keep looking then.

Hahah yea, I wish the damn gas companies would actually round the price themselves. the whole $4.299 is just $4.30!!!! But being that is the way it is, I would not round the prices either in the plugin.... just the distance

Rounding the distance would be good, because with 5280 feet in a mile, 1.001 and 1.002 are only 5 feet apart. I think 1 decimal place would be enough. (528 feet accuracy)
also, not sure why it's doing this, but when I sort by, let's say plus fuel, I can open up gas.ini and it shows the correct grade, but on rr reload, it sorts back to distance, even though what is saved in the gas.ini file still shows plus.
it's a little annoying to have to press the right grade every time I load up rr. I can set a separate variable to remeber the last sort order, but I think it should do that from the gas.ini file.
EDIT: I think this has something to do with the "SETVAR" and "BYVAR" commands I was using. As a temporary workaround, I've created a gaspref.txt that saves the last preference, and is loaded automatically each time with rr. This way, someone with a diesel vehicle can just press the gas button, select diesel, and each time after that it will sort by diesel prices automatically.

Well kind of, if you fill your tank with gas at $4.299/gal at 20 gallons, you'd pay $85.98, but if you filled up the same at $4.30/gal, you'd pay $86! That's a whole $.02 more!
If there's a few hundred million vehicles on the road in the US, and they all saved $.02 per fill up, then America as a whole is saving a few million bucks per fill up. Or at least that's what the oil companies want to believe.
I think it's pretty ridiculous to change the price by only a penny or two here or there. The station near me had plus for 4.029 yesterday, and now is at 4.039, that's only a .2% increase. Are they really making that much more for that extra penny?

What is your range setting.
Just noticed if there is a range value, as opposed to 0, it will sort by distance on a new start.
will change that for the next update later today.
