Sweet.
So a browse.rrl file will work. I would suggest the path for the browse.rrl file to be:
$pluginspath$RRExtended\drives\browse.rrl
and the format be:
<Drive Letter>;<Name as it shows up in My Computer>
This allows for the use of only a DL and you can browse drives and dirs using the standard RR cmds.
This would be the only file in there.

Note to add...
RRFob is/was originally inspired by JohnWPB with my help to do the programing. In the next DFX update/release it will have a customized version called ????? and for use with the his skin.

Added another feature...
RRVolRamper
That, and now RRSpeak will ramp down current source of set percentage of current source volume, speak, then ramp vol back to before speaking.
Example:
Percentage setting is set to 75
Current source is at 80%
Will ramp source vol down to 20%
Speak Pharse
Ramp source vol back to 80%
