You dont need to register the DLL because the functions are called directly from the RRK8055.DLL. Just need to be able to find the DLL in the search path. So placing it in the RR directory of windows\system32 should do.

think the anlog inputs on my board are shot if i connect one or two to the analog ground nothing changes, ive set it the pot on 1 to 3.5 volts and it doesnt change.
it is just me being dumb or does it sound like my board has had it? it was a b grade on maplins so may have just found out why, although they never said it was faulty on the site, presumed it was just a return.

The potmeter only works if you install jumper SK2 and SK3. This will let you regulate the analog in 1 & 2 between 0 and 5 volts
Connecting A1 and/or A2 to analog groud should give a zero reading.
NEVER supply more the 5 volts to the analog in

yeah i have the sk2 & 3 jumpers in place and set it so it reads at 3.5V, then connect 1 to ground, should that not read 5V? the reading doesn't change, stays at 3.5V, tried it with 2 as well and its the same.
haven't tried it with an external input so will try removing the jumper and use a battery

No, when both jumpers are set you can change the readout between 0 and 5 volts using the potmeter. If the jumpers are removed it will measure the voltage between analog in (1 or 2) and analog ground. So the jumpers are just there to test the analog in without supplying voltage to the analog inputs

ok is this possible, ive got illumination hooked into analog 5, at the moment ive got it on press that it changes gama, the problem is that it doesnt trigger gamma again when you turn the lights off, ive tried it with long and switch, what should i have it on so that it triggers the event when it goes live and when it goes dead?
going a bit further, is it possible to set gamma to dark when live and bright when dead, instead of toggling in case its already dimmed and then i put the lights on it would go bright.
Thanks

ok i was being dumb, i set the wrong one to switch, set 5 as switch and it works ok, is it possible to say switchon=NIGHTGAMMA and switchoff=DAYGAMMA (the day and night gamma are RR existing commands)
realy should of read the documentation lol got it working now, the problem is it will only work in the realys skin, not the menu, the DEAFULT & menu.skin section both have the same content and i havent changed anything else other than making Analog 5 a switch, any ideas?
Edit: Now working fine, i had the 2.1.0.0 dll, downloaded the 2.1.0.3 and registered it, works great thanks for such a great plugin.
