Just an FYI:
To restore the font issue I had to copy windows\fonts from another computer over to mine. Otherwise Paint.NET wouldn't work. Didn't notice if anything else was effected or not.

omg that did it. I don't run AV on my desktop, but I run an Endian Firewall box and the scan size was set to 20mb. Changed it to 0 so it scans everthing no matter what size and it went right though.

thanks!

Ok john have a few issues that I found if you could help with your new skin for the Garmin gps software wont load the app if I change the gps skin back to iguidance the Garmin software loads up but it wont load in the Garmin skin, also when I click the music button and click the browser button I dont get any of my music files and it frezes instantly. I was using your 3.0 skin and everything worked fine I had to modify the skinto use my Garmin software but everything worked fine until 4.0 install oh almost forgot when you go in and try to shage the buttons I tried to get the rrmedia button but it keeps installing the rescan button instead, But despite all the problems i'm having the skin is just hot. thanx for the work also i'm cliking away on those sponsor links on your site.

Nice job John!

This isnt so much a problem with DFX4 as it is RRMedia...

My problem is that when I hit 8726 songs RRMedia crashes...

Am I hitting a limit within RRMedia or what?

Anyone else add more than 8726 songs???

Hmm...its weird that it keeps crapping out at 8726....The total amount that RRMedia is trying to scan is over 13,000...any ideas on what to do?

Check the 8726th or 8727th song, could be an issue with the filename or the ID3 tag.

First off, great skin! Thanks for all the hard work you all put into this!

Now, a problem. Why in the music browser, when I click on a song, it wont play. I have to press the 'Play Select' for it to work. Also, the next and prev tracks dont work. It plays one song and then stops.

GPS has been working since version 2.0. You need to have a zips.dat file in your Road Runner root directory. (The skin installer installs it if it does not exist already) if that is in place, and you have a GPS signal, as well as RR configured for a GPS port (If you show satellites connected in the gauges screen), then tap the top display area on the gauges screen. The entire area is a hot spot to test the zips.dat LOCATE feature. If the cities and such fill with information, then it is working. You just need to add:

localdatacaptureinterval=1

To the RR.ini to update the information automatically. The "1" above means it will update the city labels every 1 minute.

Thanks, I got confused remembering the age old issue with Ziplocater.dll. I will be sure to check/correct those suggestions.. The skin kicks a%#. I might be getting a new mobo and processor to handle it though

Sounds like you only have 1 song in your play list.
