As for FLAC files, blue, it still won't work. If I play a FLAC in winamp stand alone and, then open RR it will show the info. But if I seek it out within the skin/rr, the folder is there but the files do not list.

If using the folder browsing mode, do you have .flac in your audio type settings in the config?

Wow, when did full screen viz start working? I just tried it and it worked great, other than the fact that it was a little off center which can probably be adjusted in Winamp. It's probably something that has been working for a year now and I just missed it.

Also, I really like being able to include the current playlist on the menu screens. Good thinking, John.

should the button editor be working in 4.0? Won't run for me. errors out.

Also, I can't get cdrip to work, despite following all help files. the new exectbl.ini file is very different now. anybody know how to modify it to get cdrip to work?

FYI. The old DFX Button Editor that I created WILL NOT work with 4.0!

Did you use the new one? The installer puts a link to it in your start menu, or you can find it in the helper files folder.

That worked like a charm! Any thoughts on cdrip? I've read through everything, and this is what I get with running it. I've installed aspi (to incude the nero version), and made the mods (to include the install.bat misspelling correction). still won't run.

Okay tried everything. I've even uninstalled all DFX installs, uninstalled RR. Deleted the RR folder with the exception of rr.ini. A lot of problems have fixed bc I only installed 2.5 and 3.0 but theres some sort of auto run feature still causing problems. Any ideas? I have not yet set the one file to recognize which was my CD drive. Thanks

Thanks..

Yes I got the NumOsk problem, it an all other bugs mentioned up to this post have been fixed, or are in the process of being fixed.

As for Google Traffic, The GPS location was not completed when I release it. It will be for the next version.

I do not see how this is possible. It will go back to whatever screen you were on before. The command on the Menu button on that skin, just sends you back to the skin you came from.

If the Visu is a little off center, this is usually indication that Winamp 5.13 is not being used, but another version. Strange as it may be, the only recent version of Winamp, that the visu shows up to where it is supposed to, is 5.13. Any other version, and the visu will appear over and down about 100 pixels each. Though all features with other versions work ok, and the visu works with other versions, it just will not show up where it is defined.

(Asked further up, but I think it got lost as part of another post)

John, how hard do you think it would be to create another Menu layout option, where the center graphic gets replaced by the currently playing album art? Something you've considered? Working on...?

On the Rescan Database menu it shows "Ratings Playlist" twice.

Also shows "Database Complete" and "Database Ready", out of curiosity, whats the difference?

That's great, I love the feature. Any way I can temporarily edit the script or something to default to my location?

As for the Disk menu going to iguidance.. Well I am sorry to say that is what is happening, only when I go to it from a menu button.

Any how.. Everything else is running great. You did a hell of a job. My girlfriend wants you to stop making skins so I will come inside and out of the car.

Well I don't see FLAC as an option in the config.exe however adding it manually in the ini file worked great. Thanks

I believe in the config it's under music, page 1, Audio File Types. You would add it there.

Yes I understand this, thanks.. I was stating that it wasn't. I know where to select WMA, MP3, WAV etc.. However FLAC is not in that list. Adding it manually to RR.ini works
