That background preview is a flash file so he/she may indeed need to install or update flash player..

Dang it, I forgot you have to install flash via IE and not firefox to do it correctly. Thanks for the reminder - I've been out of the loop for a while.

Make sure and also delete the lines from all the menu.skin and menu2.skin files in the menu folder or you may find them reappearing if you change configurations. Also, you may want to comment them out rather than deleting them to avoid taking a chance of deleting something by accident and so you can easily revive them later if you want.

actually never mind, I think I'm gonna use buuf icons or Icandy if I do anything, or does anyone have any other suggestions, or is everyone happy with the icons allready. I think their fine as-is, so if enough people don't speak up, I probably won't do it.

thanks for adding that, I didn't realize there were different menu/menu2.skin in the menu folder.

just dloaded and installed dfx 3.0....this thing rocks!!!!! love it! thanks a million john! so far everything runs smoothly

Don't forget that the GPS comport in RR.ini is the port that RR, not iGuidance, will use. Since you have set GPS to 9 in RR.ini, based on your setup you will need to set the Comport to 8 in iGuidance (Tools/GPS Options/Comport).

I think DingO's problem was with sendkeys not working correctly , probably has cftmon.exe running.

OK I verified the Sirius Skin and the indicators work!!!! maybe John can add these to his next release thanks so much Barnyard!

Anyone encounter this problem with 3.0? When I click on iGuidance, the screen switches, the gps loads but music stutters and pauses for about 60-90 seconds while there's no signal. Then it locks on and I'm back to normal.

I don't think I remember having this problem with 2.5. It's everytime it loads, even in the audio player screen. I don't have this problem with LSX Void and I'm using comp ports lower than 10 with xport (8 and 9).
