The button is already setup in dfx, from the buttons you choose from, it don't say "iguidance", instead look for "GPS" or "navigation" and choose that one. When it goes back to the main menu it will say "iguidance"

That is what I did and on the main menu it just says GPS not iguidance. Is that right or am I missing something. The auto switch to GPS doesn't seem to work right, it switches when it shouldn't.

I didn't feel like dealing with RR.gas yet. But I "believe" it will be in next release anyways if you can wait.

That might work, think it will be by xmas?

I tired to get it to launch but nothing. I don't know enough about skinning. I change the button command and some screen command at the top of the skin file. Also rename the skin file to gas. I think the skin file needs a lot more updating with the rrgas command.

Maybe im not makin this clear enough. Ive tried every single GPS button and none of them are for iGuidance. I dunno if I accidentally deleted it in the button editor or what, but its not there. Using the button editor Ive selected one of the "unused" buttons to make my one. All I need to know is the proper path to put in the box circled in red, to make iguidance load and embed into RR with the proper skin. Can someone just copy and past what it says in your box? Thank you

I didn't have to do that. I just setup igudiance in RRConfig and use the GPS button that was already there.

If I get a chance I will check, but I am not sure which GPS button is the default on after install.

That sorta works, It loads iGuidance into RR full screen but theres no icon to return to road runner. The only way to exit iGuidance is click the menu button and select exit. Then everything goes black and RR needs to be restarted. Any ideas?

If you just installed DFX, Delete it and re-install. IG works perfectly out-the- box, it shouldn't be giving you any problems..START OVER!

If you are testing on a laptop or desktop with resolution other than 800X600, the button to exit full screen (IG) will apear off towards the top right of the monitor, not within the skin. And that's assuming the script to make it work isn't missing.

So you have a decision to make. Keep troubleshooting a crippled skin or start over fresh.

Ah, and make sure the path to IG (in RRconfig) is correct and the window name reads "iGuidance" (lil eye, big gee).

Ok, so the logo in the center was not showing and no matter what I did, I could not get it to show. So I uninstalled RR and re-installed it in the default folder (c:\program files\Road Runner insead of c:\rr). I installed DFX 4.0 on top of that, ran fixflash.exe and now I'm can see the clock/logo, HOWEVER, I am having a different problem:
The screen appears white and the buttons only come up once I click on them. I searched on here and found some replies saying my BACKGROUNDS path is invalid. I tried using RRconfig to set the background image path under the Skins tab to C:\program Files\Road Runner\BACKGROUNDS. That didn't work. There is not a BACKGROUNDs folder in the DFX4.0 skin folder . What can I do?
