How does one debug a Autoit startup error?
I know it is part of the skin because if I load RR with a different skin the error doesn't occur. But I have no way of identifying which script is causing the weird error.
Any help?

update: I am SURE this has something to do with the plugin manager because when I use the plugin manager in the skin I get the same error when I exit. So I am closer but I still have no idea how to solve it.

thanks, I got the media player classic to work on my RR.
Another problem is, I don't know how to set my location for traffic map.
Whenever I turn it on, it starts in Miami, and I live in WA.
How can I change the longitude and lattitude for this app?

hi,
whenever my carputer comes back from hibernation DFX4 shows the update reminder screen for about a minute. and when i press some button then again it appears.
i dont have internet in my car yet, so i do i get rid of it.

Answer is most likely HERE. If not, then you probably just need to update as you didn't say which RR ver your using.

Update from post 3590 by me
heres the problem its missing the vbs toggle scripts. they are supposed to be located at C:\Program Files\Road Runner or Ride Runner\skins\DigitalFX 4.0\iGScripts then dingtoggle.vbs and nearestroad toggel .vbs. : things i have tried to get these scritps.. Installed on another pc.. still only getting this one script in the IG folder Ig_Control.exe.. wtf... i have d/l dfx 4.0 from johns website and installed on multiple pcs.. still no toggle scripts.. anybody want to post the files..Please

I do agree that is all thats in the installer, just that one file. Those seem to have only been included in DFX3, which is where this zip if from.

Thank you blue ZX3... Thought I was going crazy... so now is there a setting to make video keep playing even when your on the main screen... Example if i start my video and go to menu screen when the video stops it does not go to next track.. Is the hd radio skin supposed to scan through stations automatically if I click scan. like say your in an area and dont know the stations like a seek button through the entire frequency range.I set the song intro/scan setting in the config to 5.. just stays on same channel..
Maybe i should install all versions of dfx and start from scratch 2.0,2.5,3.0, 4.0

NOW i am upset.. got the files from blue - thanks again.. and connected my gps backwards my axiom sandpiper II anyone got one for sale....
Saw the blue smoke.... Now no more gps.. life sucks. I get the error fixed and then cant play with it...

I've been using this skin since I started using RR, but I'm a newbie, and I don't know how to add plugins and cmds inthe skins and etc. it would be great if someone can actually tell me how to install plugins (ex: RRTC, RRgas and etc) I can use it in standalone version,but I really like to learn and know how to use these plugins.
can somebody help me here?

thanks for the help. updating RR help my problem ,

but now facing strange problem, when DFX4 changes to night screen, the visulisation is not allinged at home screen, its about and half inch down. and there is "TEXT" and "TOUCH SCREEN TO CONTINUE" written near "MUSIC" button in red color, which is visible in all the screens.

this is only for night skin day skin works perfectly fine.

Anybody knows how to configure the Griffin Powermate to work with the DigitalFX?

I've manage to configure it to scroll thru the playlist, but not sure how to use the "press-down" function of the powermate to get the song highlighted to play.

Anybody using the powermate? Please share your setup and how-to.

Any help appreciated. Thanks guys.

as a thought it would be nice if the web browser used this instead of firefox's favorites for the star button.

Err...Ya..Slight RR bug, caused by Me..

Is fixed for the next version, should be out in few days..
