I have not had a change to update the help file as of yet. I will start on that in the next couple days and try to get it updated.

I have noted the problems and bugs above, and will look into all of them.

As for the screen clean, locking the system, it more than likely a flash problem. That is a flash animation, and if its not the exactly perfect install that RR wants, it will peg the CPU at 100%. The best bet is to use Internet Explorer (NO OTHER BROWSER unfortunately) and go to adobe.com, and install the flash player. this should take care of the problem. Also check the FAQ stickies for a FAQ I wrote some time ago on how to set the hardware acceleration down a notch. This can also significantly help with flash pegging the CPU.

thanks for the reply john, my sys runs between 40-50% with screen clean running, I think I have the latest flash installed but will check to make sure, doesn't lock up exactly the volume control still works, I just ran it again to see the performance while running, and this time the menu button shut down RR. No big deal, but that puppy is damn cute . FAQs would be awesome, no rush though, you have tons to add. just wanted to see if others were having problems or if it's just on my side.

I am having some problems with a couple of screens. But I was having them on 2.5 as well. I have white boxes in the wallpaper chooser screen. The spinning logo and the speedometer in the guages have white backgrounds. Also the color changer screen has no text.

I know that these are computer related as my test computer had none of these problems. Maybe you can direct me what to change to solve my problems.

You need to install or upgrade flash as discribed in post #47

THANKS AGAIN JOHN, man you put allot of time and work into this.

not sure about the jukebox error, I should have mentioned that is in beta really, definately not a finished product, so those using it, do so at your own risk and pending errors

You have to be using the windows wireless manager. Many WiFi cards come with their own software. Just uninstall the software, and only install the drivers for it, and you should be good to go.

Is there a way I can change the wireless to embed my wifi software which runs in the background and can be accessed via a taskbar icon?

that jukebox is one of the best addition to RR IMHO, works pretty well as it is, besides some of the songs are mislabeled or missing, but with a little searching/browsing I was able to find everything I searched for. That autoit error is probably something simple (don't know much about autoit though), just hit "ok" and it's good to go again. I disabled my netgear util, but didn't uninstall (I honestly just posted before troubleshooting it myself). That jukebox just got me sold on having internet in my car (eventually). one other thing I just noticed here (again not a biggie), when RR is closed out I have a icon that stays open in the tray (I assume this is an autoit script) that flashes a red X, the process is daylight.exe. like I said though not a big deal to me, just thought I would point it out to you. Thanks John, funds are real tight for me right now, but I will donate to you, it is very much deserved, promise I will kick down to you before I get internet in my car

This is the BEST skin for RR I've seen! I've only tried RR and played with different skins, and DFX2.0 I got stuck on. You did an excellent job, and it's easy for a newb like me to use and control.

This release has prompted me to write my first post on this forum. I've used 2.0 for the last 2 months while working on my project car, she soon to be on the road (exhaust on backorder, I'm lazy, I work 40hrs, I have a wife, and daughter, I now see why it has taken 2 years on this car) She's a 1985 Camaro Berlinetta, "Starship Camaro", and I've given her my own interpretation, and a nice engine package .

I'd like to learn more on using the skinning and manipulation of this skin. I'm planning on getting a Fusion Brain soon to compensate for the gauges I lost ripping the computer out, and this seems like the goal, and then some! I've been reading up on this for a while also.

DigitalFX is AMAZING!!

WOW this really is AMAZING!!

There are only few little things I found:
1. Browser has some text issues on the "menu" button and the "URL" button
2. The Mileage & Trip key pad does not have numbers
3. In the HD radio skin:
*There is a number next to the HD channel "HD1(3)" I'm guessing this is supposed to show the number of HD sub channels... But it always shows 3 for me.
* When on a HD station it always says "SubHD" in the top right corner.
4. Is there a way to show the radio RDS/RBDS information on the "menu" screen? When listening to the HD Radio if I'm on the menu screen the Winamp information is still up there.

These are the only little things that I found so far, and their very SMALL

LOOKS AMAZING AND RUNS BETTER!! SO EXCITED!!
