Known issue to be fixed in next version.

It checks to see if there is an internet connection so that the "online" and "offline" indicators will accurately show whether you are connected.

John, at some point you should probably change the help file to state that motionlock is now disabled in plugins.txt rather than menu.skin.

Still wrong... the next release will have a setting's menu that will allow you to turn on/off the plugins from within the skin...

Then the 12V rail is monitored by my PSU and if it falls below 11.1V it sends a shutdown to the motherboard which in turn triggers a hibernation since thats how I have XP configured. So all my standby/hibernation stuff is done via hardware and OS has nothing to do with DFX or RR sorry
dmistry,
Which power supply are you using?

Thx Kbreeden! I would imagine it isn't a very heavy script then. But it seems to be slowing things down on the PC a little. Anybody else experience this? If so, is there a work around, a way to disable, or an alternative?

So, without running netcheck, your online status indicator doesn't work at all? Where would you see the netcheck running? debug file?

I noticed it in task manager, it didn't look like it was hogging booka memory or anything, but RR was hanging up so I ctrl+alt+del my system and saw that running. Took a while to kill it, and once I did, all was well.
Also, it's not a flash issue causing the RR hang up, it may have been just me pushing too many buttons at once while weather was loading or something. I just saw it in Task manager, realized it was affiliated with RR (and still running after RR was closed BTW), so I wanted to check.
I might try the alternative method linked above, and see what that does.

Thanks, I will correct that. I have a lot of work to do on the help file actually

The reason it's pegging your system is flash related. Look in the FAQ's or about 10,000 places on the forum for flash issues.
In the mean time, you can open the skins folder/games and delete the screenclean.swf file. If you may want it later, just rename it. That was put in as more of a cute prank than anything else
Ok, Blue brought to my attention that a new slider code was implemented in RR that was pretty much unknown. (Like I needed more things to work on!) Anyhow, I was toying around with it and like the looks of it, so it will also be in the next release. Here is a screen Capture of the Audio Player screen, with the visu running over the album art, and the new progress slider at the bottom. The blue bar shows the progress as the song plays. I had to create "bubble area's" around the time labels, as blue font on a blue bar was a bit tough to read Yes, of course there will be a multitude of colors to choose from for the bars to suit individual tastes.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to text colors and backgrounds that look better during the day?
I run the amber colored text because it matches my interior lights, but it doesn't look that great during the day.
