I would suggest not having a 9hr mp3. Possibly break it up in to chapters if it is a book, if it's a song... Find a new band they suck, If its a bunch of songs, download the individual songs... If it's a covert operation recording of osama bin laden laying out plans, you should have nuked his a$$ instead of listening to him for 9 hours.
Otherwise I got to say sorry, no plans for sliders.
I dont really like how RR handles sliders, they dont move very smoothly or track well with your finger movements. I like using them for indicators and that is about it.

Haha, no worries man.

FYI - Its a radio broadcast from an event in the Netherlands - Armin only 2008.

Basically an electronic music festival/broadcast - no commercials, no breaks, just one long MP3.

Can't really break it into tracks, cause I won't listen to it in tracks since its a long mix.

No worries - its your skin afterall

XM / Sirius Change

First - LOVE THIS SKIN !! Simple and easy to read ! Second thanks GizmoQ for the XM addon, I adapted to use for Sirius. I was wonder how hard it would be to use something like the largepopupwbox_on.png image to show a the full list of Sirius / XM stations or one of the pop images in the skin. My thought was when you touched the list it popped up the large window with an iList then make a selection and it closes. The little window on the radio skin just doesn't do it and I've attempted to cobble something together but I can't get the window to pop up.

I know you're working on an update Thunderstick so I don't want to mess it up in anyway and thanks again for a great looking and simple to use skin!

Done did, enjoy
Just check the box for international standard units in RRCONFIG from the GPS menu and it will report your speed limit as killometers per hour
Uncheck the box for internaitonal standard units and it will report your speed limit as miles per hour.

Truly I dont have XM and probably never will so really this isn't a very high priority of mine anyway. Plus I wouldnt be able to test it even If I wanted to.. NO XM
Like I said if some one can up with something I can include it.

Ahem...noob skin question.

I'm setting the skin so I can control it mainly from my Powermate and have been setting the order of the buttons in the .skin files. It isn't clear to me how I can set the Powermate to exit a screen, though.

For example, it's easy enough to select 'music' but when I'm done with that screen, I want to back up to the main menu without hitting the touch screen. Any hints on how you would select the 'X' in the upper right corner? Right now, I've been using the key equivalent of the left and right arrow. Is there an equivalent to, say, tab over to the upper bar?

Sorry for the question here. Wasn't sure where else to ask it.

try sending an "ESC" keypress to RR. THis would do it.
I have never used the powermate before but I am assuming there is something that would allow this.

Brilliant! Thanks, I should have thought to simulate the key function rather than select the control. This skin is my favorite so far because of how it integrates with the Garmin nav.

I am starting a Live Mesh for this skin to keep everyone as up to date as possible with the releases.
If you are interested in getting involved with this send me a PM with your MS Live ID and I can send you an invite.

Why not create a separate button that uses the "menu;" command instead of the "load;" command to creates a popup menu. Then for just that screen set an "ONCLICK" definition in your exectbl.ini that selects and exit.
