I used the timer version to keep the theme of the skin the same. I can add the other style as a choice or shorten the timer so it disappears quicker. The fewer the keypresses the better in my opinion. Thanks for the testing and feedback. When others chime in we will get a consensus and I will go with the majority because I do not even use the feature.

not sure what is going on, but after a new install the detail bar on the bottom were is shows volume, for some reason when I'm at 100% the percent sign gets chopped?

Is this a flash problem on my machine?

Fix added to first post. DL and overwrite bottomtext.txt in skin folder.

I had to change computers and drives in the car, reloaded RR and Carwings Dynamic to the latest.
The issue is Sirius. It plays, but I get a black box instead of a channel list.

I can change channels using the up/down arrows and select.

Everything else seems to work as expected.

Did it ever work or is it since you changed drives?

It worked on the other computer/drive, just not on this one.

I went in this morning and replaced the new RR directory and contents with the one from the computer that worked. Same problem. So I looked at it in the DFX 4 skin. Same issue. So it's not a skin issue, maybe a RR or sirius driver issue.

Any ideas?

Nothing to do with sirius... or rr

ilist issue of course...

usedx=true
DX installed too... on a NORMAL xp it is, but i dont know what u got

things like that... there prob is a thread or two...

i hope u used the installer, or atleast ran rrconifg
to make sure all the required .dlls are registerd

I found the ilist thread and set usedx=false yesterday afternoon, still have the same issue,

What version of DirectX are you running (run dxdiag.exe to check) ?
Check that dx7vb.dll is in your system32 folder.
Add debugmode=true to RR.INI and check/post debug.txt to see what could be going wrong.

This is very unusual because when DirectX fails, RR TRIES to revert/show a standard list instead.. so this sounds like a priblem with Sirius and not with lists at all -- if lists (ilists or standard) show in other screens, then this would be another indication that the problem is something on the sirius function (configuration/settings/drivers etc)..

I am new to using Roadrunner but I like this skin alot. Is it possible to add additional presets or a band buttun to the HD radio screen?

Well, the mystery is solved. I looked for usedx=true in RR.INI, but not SKIN.INI in Carwings Dynamic. There was one.

I deleted it, restarted RR and bingo, there are my Sirius Channels.

updated the way radio saves presets and added 6 more presets (per user request)
