Skin Release: BMW E36 - Page 10

I downloaded the skin with no problems, but I can't find a site with the PSD files.

Being really anal about that orange dashboard illumination, I really would like to take the time to set up a night version of the skin with pale orange button texts and icons etc. in place of the white ones, just so it matches the dash completely.

I'd like to do inverted buttons (pressed in) too instead of the orange hilight, but that's in the "what I'd also do if there were more than 50 hours in a day" category .right now.

If anyone can provide a pointer to the PSD files I'd be grateful.

Am I heading in the right direction with this night skin version of e36 ?? It's long and slow but it's coming along ... Heres a comparison of day and night skins. I'm trying to simulate that soft orange environment in an e39 when the lights are on.

robby, have recently completed my e39 install and am using ur skin with some mods for my own programmes. just want to say a huge thank you for this quality skin, it really finishes off the oem look!

Anyone has luck with PhoneControl in e36 skin?
I can get the phone status (signal, battery) but cannot load the phone contact from either intenal or SIM memory. Appreciate any tips.

It may be a phone limitation. Can you see the phonebooks with PhoCo standalone?

Thank you for the excelent skin!

I'm starting to use your skin and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I'm using Radiator to play fm radio from a Encore tv/fm pci card (using DS FM radio dll) and sometimes the winamp EQ freeze. Also I can save my presets fm station under the skin but if I close RR and start again the saved preset stations desapear. Do you know how can I solve these problems?

Do you plan to do a ODB2 screen? it is the only thing that's missing to me in your skin.

If I can help you in something, please let me know.

EDIT: I noticed that my carpc is using about 70% of memory (from 512mb total).

Let me ask another "stupid" question again, please

. How can I save my equilizer settings on each button? Sorry if it was answered before.

I can see my phonebook in Centrafuse, does that mean it'll also work in PhoCo standalone?

It's simple, push and hold the button where you whant to store the settings

Not sure if the PhoCo release provided with Centrafuse can be used also embedded in RR.
The integration in RR is intended to work with a "regular" version of PhoCo, maybe the one integrated in Centrafuse has a sort of personalization.
You should ask on the PhoCo specific forum.
