i hate to be always pointing out issues because the skin really is great, but i forgot to mention this one earlier. when using the 'mini' command from the top left menu and switching in and out of mini mode, ive noticed that after switching back and forth 2-3 times, rr will freeze as soon as i hit the audio button. if i dont go into mini mode at all, it works fine at all times.
i also can't get the history/playlist function to work properly. at one point, i did have a few playlists saved (by holding down the left playlist arrow and selecting individual slots). however, when i loaded up a new playlist in slot 5 and tried to save it, it overwrote the previous 4, and then they were all identical. also, clicking the playlist button brings up a list of playlists along the top with what looks like a library list below, but saving, renaming, or loading seems to serve no functions with these lists. the names of the playlists dont change when i try to edit it, and the list below is showing my entire library, not the playlist i have selected. maybe i am using the feature all wrong, but i bascially cant get it to save or load any previously saved lists...
in regards to your post about RRearth having issues, would a newer version of GE cause problems with weird embedding when clicking on the library? it seems strange because going to any other screen seems fine, but when i got to library it screws up at that time only. seems like more of a skin issue. ill try and get a debug file to see whats going on.
all is not bad though, and i did notice a GREAT feature when using winamp 5 with the media library enabled. i noticed that in the RR library, i now get an option to browse by artist, genre, or album. that's AWESOME!! and i would recommend anyone that is still using winamp 2 to upgrade to 5.13, activate the media library, and make use of this awesome feature, because ive been wanting to be able to browse like that for quite some time!!

Just want to say, thanks for all your hard work. I tried out the 3.0 skin on my home PC and it works good. I love the iList feature and it's a definite show off feature to passengers.
Since my touchscreen is not the sunlight viewable one, I'm sticking with LSX2.02 for now until I can get a day version of 3.0. Yes, it helps tremendously to have the day version of 2.02. Besides, 3.0 crashes my carPC But I'm truly impressed by what you've added and am anxiously waiting for the complete 3.0 version.
Again, keep up the good work.

I dont think its a server problem. I think he took it offline so he could iron out the issues that recently came to light. Moreso to prevent people from DL'ing the buggy version and complaining about the same bugs over and over again.

Can someone have a look at these files to see what my problem is. When I click the function button in the radio skin everything locks up. I am using a Silabs USB radio but every time I go into config Silabs & Radiator are selected.
This happens on two different machines so I don't think it's a config issue but to be honest I have no idea what's causing it.
Is anyone else using a Silabs?
EDIT
New (smaller) debug file attached.

just a question, not being pushy, but do you know if you'll be making a day skin and how long it will be before you release it? i only ask because if ones not on the way any time soon, ill go ahead and upload a diff skin onto the carputer for daytime and use this one for night =)
thanks again!

This skin is amazing... and I can't get to the audio page. Theres a testament to how good it is... Ok I have it all working except the audio. I know others have solved this, so please help.
here is the last few lines of the debug. Basically I hit audio and it locks. Works fine on my desktop setup. I have created a new RR folder and started from scrath, I have registered the GDI dll and the directX one just to be safe. I have also renamed the ratings folder. Any suggestions?

there's something wrong with your DirectX install.. you on Vista ? or running TinyXP/nLite/XP Embedded ? the DXVB7.DLL must be in windows\system32 to work.. check that your DX stuff works by running DXDIAG..

Can someone please send me the LSX 3.0 install. I had it installed on my car pc and like a dumb ***, I re-installed the OS and forgot that I didn't have the LSX 3.0 installed saved somewhere. It's 2 am.. brain fried but I would really appreciate it if someone could send it to me. PM me, please. I'd like to get this done before tomorrow AM so I can have some music in the car.
