How about traffic cams, with nearest cameras by GPS plus one of the cameras showing your position in google maps and the position of any of the cameras near you?
The GPS bit is done (bar some final tests , when I get some GPS logs ), the google maps with Traffic cameras position is set up, just need to combine them.

Your skins are amazing. Thanks for all the hard work!
Don't know if this was mentioned yet but when I have the visualization on then touch any part of the screen (turn vol up or down...etc) the vis starts flashing as if it's going to the background (behind RR) then back to the foreground. I have to shut off the vis and turn it back on for it to stay in the foreground...until I touch the screen again.
Any plans on making the playlist on the main screen an iList in a future update?

ill look around and see if i have that file, but i do belive it is still included in 3.0. By default the skin is set to you IG3/4 and the menu bar you speak of actually has about 6-8 different versions of that bar that will run depending on what version of IG you have the "NAVI" button set to. Since the default "NAVI" button will probably still load IG2 and embed it correctly, its using the IG3/4 version of the menu bar.
Click and hold the "NAVI" button until the command list pops up, click MORE then choose IG2. You should now have the old menu bar used before.
as for the GE issue, this is a known issue, and i believe it is an issue with either RR or the RREarth plugin. I dont think any work has been done to the code for the plugin in a long time, so I think there are some compatibility issues with RREarth and later versions of Google Earth. Ill bring this issue up to guino and let him know. As for the gps port, RREarth gets your loaction sent from Road Runner, so all you have to setup for it to work is for RR to have a port set in rr.ini
Hey LS, thanks for the reply. I'll just live with the GE issue if it doesn't get resolved. Good to know its not a problem with my system.
On another note, I looked through the skin.ini and general.ini for a background path and I coulnd't find one. Could you please let me know where it is?
Also, I did notice an issue I am having with my video player. I tried to add some new video files to my collection and so I changed my path in rr.ini for the video files. However, the video player won't load up any of the new video files that have been added. When I browse in the video player, it shows the proper folders and all the files there, but clicking those files seems to add them to my winamp playlist and not play in MPC. The MPC playlist seems to be stuck on whatever folder I had initially set, and I can only cycle through those files.

Hi LS..this is again regarding the Day Skin. I tried the file you had attached (Lsxcolors.txt).
After dropping it to the copied day skin, the audio skin is almost unreadable. The playlist background black. For that matter the other background is also black..not readbable.
I have reverted to the original skin and using the original (lsxcolors.txt) and have kept the white background.
Just wanted to let you know.
Thanks again for the great skin.

background path is in skin.ini at the bottom of the file, i believe the last line
general.ini will never have any other info that what u see in it now.
RR.ini and Skin.ini are both the same thing, and they both get loaded. The only difference is skin.ini is located locally for the skin and some things in ExecTBL.ini will over ride skin.ini if the same setting is present.
If you are trying to set your background image or color, you do not need to edit any files manually.
Click on OPT (options) > Wallpaper and choose IMAGES to be taken to the picviewer where you can set any image found in your picspath to be used as a background OR choose COLOR PICKER to set a solid color as the background.
HIGHLIGHTS will change the highlight or active color in the skin. The default is red.
There is also a backgroundpath=path option in rr.ini that , IMHO makes no since to have. I see no reason to separate images used for backgrounds and images viewed in the picviewer into 2 different things. Or require the user to set there backgroundpath= option to point to there picviewer path, its just redundant. images are images are images, and should be treated as such. I fought for this option to not be included in RR , but did not win
for any video issues, make sure you have the latest version of RR, re download RR if you're unsure. There have been 2 somewhat unannounced releases since the last one, so it may not be immediately apparent there is a new version out. Try that and report back.

Ok, thanks for the same.
Also wanted to let you know, when i choose the album art and vis options (anything other than the logo or clock) to be displayed on the front/main menu, the song which is currently being played is not highlighted in the list.
I mean , just by looking at the main menu skin, one cannot make out, which song is being played. When switched to the audio skin, it scrolls down to the selected song and is also highlighted by the highlight color chosen.
Changing the color of the current played song will be usefull, if that is possible.
The google map feature will be a great addition to the skin. looking forward to it.
Any chance of integrating freefone with your skin, the embedding (of freefone) , as suggested by you earlier, does not give good results.
Thanks

RR config shows that I have AVS set up and I checked winamp directly...also setup with AVS.
The transparency is setup like this:
default opacity = 70
max opacity = 180
It also does the flicker thing when I go to another screen then go back to the main menu.
I'm using winamp 5.3

try 5.13 instead. i use that and it works great. i do get a flicker sometimes when switching b/w screens but once its embedded it stays steady.

First of all ... this is an awesome skin.
However, I am having trouble with the main screen with the small logo with visualization option. The playlist is not showing up transparent like the preview screen and the top half of the top song is cut off. Does anyone know of something obvious that I might be doing wrong.
Also, I am experiencing flickering with the avs visualization (winamp 5.13).
Thanks!
