Hmm, I just installed RR and LSX on my laptop using Vista and the iList works great straight away... what else might I have missed since it's not working in the car?

look for (or add) usedx=true in rr.ini

yup, thats already there, and to be sure I also checked that the dx dll mentioned in the thread was in the system32 folder and registered but still no go!

any more suggestions I can try, what is needed for iList to work, might be something missing in my xp install...

after I close the iGo8 but this object are append in my windows process :

I had the same thing but with navigon, thats just one of the modes to show the navigation if I'm correct... try pressing the arrow in the top right corned of you screens and then go to the options "OPT", select GPS in the first menu and then choose option 2 or 3 instead of the 1st one

I seem to be experience a weird problem with the skin. It only occurs on the main page, but there is a big white bar underneat the ATT and OPT area. It's almost like it's missing a part of the skin

Do you think than LSX run well on Vista .

I think than i have a problem perhaps with the fonts because i have not all buttons but an other character .

I don't know if this has already been covered but i am trying to access email. It shows the gmail login page. I have a yahoo account. Can someone point out where i change that.

Also what are all the email settings in the options and how do you access them.

I appologize if this has already been covered i did search.

Whenever I use the volume up or down buttons, it mutes the music instead, but the volume slider still gets adjusted percentage wise. This causes me to have to hold down the play button to unmute it.

Is there a ay to fix this problem?

How can i make audio CDs autoplayable?
I turned autoplay on from music options but nothing happens when i put a audio Cd in the drive.
One thing i noticed, is that when i go to page 6d in media options i cannot add a cd/dvd drive letter.The edit button does not do anything.Is this the problem with the cd autoplay and how could i fix it?

Sorry for adding to the hugeness of this thread.

add the following line under [debug] in the sys_ph.txt file
render_without_focus = 1

voila, problem solved. however i still don't know how to get it to embed like a normal gps app. right now i have it embedded as an external app and every time i hit a button or change volume, the RR skin temporarily overrides the igo window. what's the proper way to embed a gps app?
