Volume

When ever i start LSX VOID the volume goes right up to 100 every time. is there a way to get it to start where it was left off or even at 50 or so, just not 100%.
Thanks

Check your volume mapping settings in the rrconfig. I had a similar problem and fixed it by making sure the volume was mapped to the 'main' control.

Off the top of my head, i would start by making a working copy of VOID and then in menu.skin change the header to:

GPS2_EMPTY.png,GPS2_OFF.png,GPS2_on.png (no spaces)

then fire up the skin and see what you see; i'm sure it won't be pretty

From there i would open it in SkinEditor and edit to my taste.

(<-----noob) I haven't started yet, but I take it there's a good reason you can't edit the main menu directly?

Not that you can't - you don't want to! Load it up in skineditor and you'll see..

Searching this thread led me to this post, so I'm gonna try option #2 (edit: option 1 fixed it.)

2. you probably have the GPS window name wrong in RRConfig - it should be iGuidance (little eye, big G)

My Vote is option #1, upgrade your flash (and use IE not FF)

RideRunner uses flash 10

Only issue I have is some of the options menus that don't use iLists have lost their scroll arrows on the side. One example is the file browser for the external app menu. But I have an external keyboard that I whip out real quick to scroll down. But for day to day use, no problems.

i know this was asked a couple of pages back, but I don't think there was an answer. has anyone heard from ls?

I know a lot of people (like me for example) get in and out of the scene, sometimes taking several months between posts, but he's been here pretty regularly for years, so I just hope everything is OK with him. I saw on his profile that he was here around the end of Feb, but it looks like he hasn't posted since july or so.

All I know for sure is that I'm building a new carPC and it's gonna be using Void 3. It's still the best skin out there IMO.
