Sorry about the delay, my screen shots:
I'm not sure why I don't get the two line display like GizmoQ gets. If that was working the channel display would look pretty good. Also it might make sense to find a quicker way to scroll through the channel list. One line at a time takes forever if I have the full 200 or so channels up.

perhaps different hardware? I dunno. It appears as if your info is seperated by "\" where the skin is looking for " - " to determine where to make the split. if it cant find those characters it all defaults to the green line. I'll be doin testing on this friday cause i'll finally have my xm and sirius then!
Anyways, i've added a few things that i wasnt goin to initially. The skin now supports freefone and the wifi connections plugin. I'm also developing a help system that will essentially create an overlay over objects in the skin as to kinda help users find how what the buttons, indicators and such do. This will of course be off by default but available for new users. Also, i've fixed the radio art so that it uses rr's main radioart folder instead of my own.
always more to come (it seems)

Line: 10
Char: 1
error: ActiveX component can't creat object: 'activewinamp.application'

you have to install activewinamp on your system to make use of the search feature.

i havent really made any changes to the skin in some time. The latest version has been stable enough for me to be running in-car this whole time. I will complete it someday, but it will probably be after movietimes and the trafficmapsplus plugins are complete. Its REALLY hard for me to switch between flash programming and vb programming lol.

i think the default is the rr logo? can anyone confirm that? anyway , in order for you to see the logo it must appear in the LOGO folder inside the skin folder. The name of the logo must also be in skin.ini.. in the "logo" section

OMFG, I didnt realize that RR was so versatile. I mean you have screens for everything, but I really like the Video game emulator screen. I have always been a CF fan, but now ive become interested in RR. Now this will make or break wether I fall head over heels for RR. My setup has a total of 4 screens.... the main headunit for control, gps, engine diagnostics, and thats it.... The other 3 screens are connected together and have the options to watch DVD, play games, basically stuff that requires attention, stuff the driver should not be doing..... CF can seperate the stuff out and send to diffrent screens..... Can RR do this?

rr for the most part has dedicated screens for dedicated functions, there are some exceptions however. You can stuff a bunch of stuff on one .skin file and create a way for the user to interact. For instance i've been playing around with having a playlist, an audio browser, and an external media browser i'll placed on to an audio.skin. It works quite well in my testing. I'm not exactly sure what u mean by CF sorting and sending but there's a good chance you can do it with RR with the right code. the ONLY thing that RR doesnt do that CF does thati know of is put all media in one database (audio and video) thats coming soon though.

In the options menu, I can go to each category, say GPS, and tell it to show on display 1 or 2....

ohh ok for dual monitor setup? There is no dual-monitor setup persay, but u can create a skin that exceeds the resolution of the screen.. this putting the exceeding portion of the skin on the second screen.. there are a few dual monitor options for RR, but nothing such as that (that i know of )
