I figured it out guys. If you have more than one instance of coverflow in the Skins folder, you're hosed. I removed the old one (from Sonic's older beta), and voila, good to go.

Sonic, couple questions:
1. What's the quickest way to simply clear the list on the playlist screen?
2. I have gone in and started renaming my mp3 files to put 1, 2, 3, in front of the filename so it will show up in that order while browsing. However, when I pull them into the playlist in your skin, they now show in reverse numerical order! What's up with that??
Thanks.

Sonic, for #2, it looks like coverflow follows whatever the order is in the album.m3u file. That answers all my questions about ID3 tags too. It looks like Coverflow supersedes what you have set in RRConfig.exe.

As soon as John gives me the go ahead to release it. That wont happen until the newest version of his digitalFX skin is released though

i can rebuild no prob with artist only.. genre has never worked for me

Good to hear you've got this sorted. coverflow is certainly in its infancy but hopefully things willb e straightened out for good soon

Only way to clear a list is to enter the audio browser and hit the clear button. It clears the current playlist.

again this is nothing to do with my skin but how RR sends the CUSTOMPL label to flash. That label comes presorted to my skin. I will add a button somewhere on the audio player to change the sort options.

XM Skin is partially ready.. i say partially because i dont have the hardware to test it yet. i just couldnt wait that long lol.
track art will be the station art for each station in the list. track name will be station name and the green words will be the station number
and i've modified the radio skin a little bit to make more use of HD radio technology

Very cool! XM will be my main module, so I'm looking forward to testing it! Wish I could send you my hardware to get you going, but Christmas is only 5 days away now, so I can wait.

still plugging along and honestly its just now starting to feel like i could actually get this skin finished lol. I'm gonna be issuing another beta tomorrow including all of the skins marked 100% as well as the xm skin. As it stands i'm still waiting on my xm module but i'm pretty sure in its current form its usable. Nola can test that though
