just updateing this thread incase anyone is having problems with this skin and the latest version of RR.
If you do not have the playfile.exe file (see first post) in your root C:\ drive, RR will fail to recognize mouse input after it tries to run the said file and fails to find it.
The file is used for click sound support, and previous didnt need to be present for things to work. But now is required. Next release will not have this issue

to access the alternate audio player, click the time while in the audio player to cycle,

Ok, here is LS3.0 beta3
a quick run down on setup and changes:
Its assumed that you have RR installed in the default path of C:\Program Files\Road Runner
pretty much all menus (minus options menu) are where i want them to be.
did some clean up in the audio player, no invisible buttons
reorder the main menu a little
added support for motherboard monitor, accessed from the options menu
Options menu will likely have some changes done to it in the future, with the added support for MBM, and also a version button, it's getting crowded
finished the games menu, this menu is setup to be used with a N64 emulator but you can change it to load whatever game you want. Project 64 can be found here
http://www.pj64.net/ and if you do a search on this forum you'll find links to roms. Also configure Project 64 options>configure graphics plugin...>Windowed Resolution 512x384 or lower
Install to the default dir and it should work, if not you'll have to edit in RRSkin editor to the correct path.
The text on the buttons in the game screen are RR labels so you can edit it without changing the graphics.
The pics button in the options screen is pointed to Zorros PicViewer.net which can be found on his PhoCo download page. Install PicViewer to C:\Program Files\Road Runner\PicViewer.NET
GPS setup, if you havent gotten it working yet or this is your first install.
GPS points to skinbedder, and you will need to have it installed in this path C:\Program Files\Road Runner\SKINbedder_v2.99999
WEB BROWSER embeds firefox, if you dont have it go get it, if you dont want it, use IE. I think you just change it in RR config
Weather, DO A SEARCH FOR HOW TO SET IT UP
as with previous versions you will need to copy and past this code in "ExecTBL.ini"
THe skin uses 2 main menus, one with play buttons at the bottom and one without play buttons. Which one shows up depends on if you have music playing or not. No music you get the menu without the play buttons, etc.
IF YOU DONOT COPY THE TEXT BELOW INTO ExecTBL.ini YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAIN MENU
