OK, another update to LSTOOLS, and hopefully the last one. This should resolve any issues anyone who had issues previously.

it will only cover the close button if the skin res is set to 800x480 (desktop testing), but in teh car you more likely have it set to 800x600 in which case it wont cover the close button.

Everything is working great so far. The only problem existing right now is the gps. Is there an opportunity not to use iGuidance. I have Destinator installed. Is there any way to get LSXvoid running with Destinator?
Thx, you're awesome.

Im loving this skin more and more every time I get in the car! I finaly have everything working. Xport works fantastic, took a little configuring to figure it out but its not too hard. I may do a little write up on Xport for future users.
But basically if your GPS unit is on com3 then you use Xport to split the ports to say com4 and com5. Then you set RR to com4 and your external GPS application to com5. I made the mistake of leaving my external gps software on com3 so It would not work at first. Easy stuff, but I was new to the port splitting.
So yes everything is working perfect now, I dug into the games (duck hunt RULES!!!) and the draw and some of the other features that are specific to this skin. The GPS speed slider is freakin awesome!! Im still using the first release of the LSTOOLS with no problem, in fact I like the first release because the fullscreen GPS buttons are transparent. 2nd release of the LSTOOLS I had no luck at all with. Im going to try out the 3rd release just to see if everything works. Thanks again for the best release that IMO tops the CFX release. Looks like I've finally got to change my sig.
Oh yes my only gripe is the audio menu only has scrool up and down and is missing the page up, page down buttons. Im sure this can be fixed using the playlist screens but Im still learning the playlist menus. Can't wait for that readme!!

in the audio player, if i want to scroll fast i usualy just hold the button. There really isnt a lot of room on the audio player for those 2 extra buttons, without making all of them harder to click. But if enough people ask for it ill try to figure something out.

LS, I'm using the LSTOOLS from yesterday and the only problems I saw today was that when I went into GPS mode, the map didn't embed properly into the skin at first. I have to exit out of the GPS mode, come back in and then it would snap into the skin correctly. Did anyone else have this problem?

What do you mean set RR to 4 and external GPS to 5? In RR config isn't there only one place to specify the com port? So in your example wouldn't that be 4?
OR you mean in RR config set it to 4 then open IG and specify 5 in that configuration. Thanks for clarifying. I am going to setup xport3 this weekend to see if I can get speedo to work.
Thanks
Ben

LS it looks like IGMon is working with SkinBedder, does this mean that you'll be able to skin it and fit it into LSX VOID?
