not at all, if you go to "SOME TOOLS", (in my signature) you'll see a plugin, "wifi monitor" get it, and all you need is there.

Hello El Camino. Thanks for the PSD's. Alright...I am configuring your skin for use in my car and I use iG 4 for my GPS unit. However, when I click on your Navi button, I get to a loading screen and that is it. It never opens iGuidance. Any ideas on how I can get it to work? (iG works with other skins)

There were a few other buttons that just went a loading screen but I can't remember them off the top of my head.

Lastly, I see that you posted a screen shot of the phone skin a second time around with the phonebook on the left side and bigger manual buttons on the right. How do I activate that screen instead of the normal phone skin?

Thanks for all your help!

for the gps thing i use a custom button. but you can do this to get it to work,
go to the skin folder and open ExecTBL.ini look for a line like this.

Code:
"IG_DAY","LOAD;external_gps.skin;RUN;$RRPATH$\Elco Extras\iG3\iGuidanceDAY.exe;iGuidance"

and replace with this one

Code:
"IG_DAY","GPS"

also for the second skin for iguidance. you need to replace this line,

Code:
"GPS_FULL","LOAD;gps_full.skin;RUN;$RRPATH$\Elco Extras\iG3\iGuidanceDAY.exe;iGuidance"

with this one.

Code:
"GPS_FULL","LOAD;gps_full.skin;GPS;$gpspath$$gpsname$;iGuidance"

this will work if you have all the gps settings in rr.ini setup for iGuidance.

about the phone question, the first one is for phoco use.

the second one, is for freefone. while in phoco click in "PHONE" and a pop up skin will give you the option to change to freefone same way to go back to phoco.be aware that you need to setup freefone to get it to work.the ini path for this is in Elco Extras\freefone\settings.ini.

EL CAMINO. cool thanks.

Have tried it and got it semi working. I can get some of the labels to appear and it also brings up wireless windows screen, but the wireless windows screen is squished up to the left of the window in RR. Do i need to edit the Autoit script or change my commands in RR? i currently have the folloswing in rr:

Button to switch to wirelss skin = "LOAD;wireless.skin||SETTOPMOST;RR;TRUE||RUNQW;$RR PATH$\control\wireless.exe;Wireless Network Connection||GETFOCUS"

Then i have in wireless skin file =

/, A, x, y, w, h, color R;RGB, G, B
A01,17,61,765,302,000,000,000

This should display the windows wirelss screen ... but as a i say it is all sqyuished up to the left of the screen.

Have you gat any suggestions ?

ok, the autoit script that launch the wireless manager reads a value from the skin called "wireless.skin" from line 6, this is to resize the window, so the line for the application area in your skin has to be in line number 6, heres the 6 firsts lines from mine.

Code:
MEDIACAR Skin MEDIACAR games Skin games_off.jpg,games_off.jpg,games_on.jpg,games_on.jpg /, A, x, y, w, h, color;RGB A,0,1,800,330,000,,

if you still have problems post a screenshot and your wireless.skin.

ok, the code is "1234" you can change it in screenlock.ini, shut be in RR folder. for the cdrip you need the cdrip plugin, once you get it, copy the cdrip folder in to RR folder and register the dll's, edit the ini to where you want the music to be saved.
