LostLurker: Thanks, I appreceiate it! There have been 12 downloads of the Destinator skin. I have practically begged people to let me know if it's working, and you have been the only one curtious enough to reply.
[RANT]
I have to say it is a bit frustrating, spending countless hours designing a skin, and simply asking if it a couple of additions are working ok, and getting no response.
Downloads of the iGuidance Mod: 50, Responses 0
Downloads of the Destinator skin:12 Responses:1
The skin is in the last days of beta, and just need to know if there were any other issues or problems, so I can go ahead and finish it up and link it to the skins download page as comnpleted.

Sorry for the delay on the feedback for the skin, been a bit busy. I don't use IG or Destinator so I can't give You a review on those, but the Blue Devil skin itself is very nice. Seems to be a complete skin (minus the TV, which I don't have anyway. lol) No bugs to report so far.
Thank You

No worries.... been crazy here as well. What do you use for GPS? I have been trying to make the skin as compatible across as much software/hardware that I can. As for TV, I am finishing up the skin for that page now, and it should be available here soon.
EDIT: TV Skin is completed and in the .zip

Sorry John,
I did download it (IG) and have been testing in the car for a day or so. Looks great and I haven't seen any bugs or problems. Like the layout, color etc.
One way to look at things, no news is good news. I'm sure you would have had pages or feedback had you not done a great job

Map Point & Google Earth
Volsfan, thanks for the info, glad it's working well for you.
In the works is skinning MapPoint Right now. I'm about half way done with it. After that, I will be making a skin for the new Road Runner.exe, to support Google Earth. I have done some preliminary testing with it, and it is simply amazing. I cached an area around the house, and went out for a drive. It was pretty kewl to see the satellite view on the screen, -vs- a plain old drawn map
You can find more info about the Google Earth Plugin in THIS THREAD

I'm using MS Streets and Trips 2006. Alot of peaople don't like it, but I haven't had any problems. The skins for it use alot of sendkey commands, so if You would like to make a skin for it I can send You the button codes if You would like.

Road Trip!
savall21, glad to hear it...
I just got a wild hair up my butt, and tooksome time off. I am getting in the car in about a hour and heading somewhere.... Not really sure where just gonna leave South Florida, and maybe head up to the Carolina's through the mountains or maby even up through Tenessee or Arkansas... not sure. I just need to get away for a bit, and it's always something I have wanted to do. So, I wont be in the forums regurlarly for the next few days, week, who knows I will check the thread when I get back, and if I get luck enough to find a few hot spots here and there with the car, I will check the forums.
Please continue to report problems, bugs and suggestions and I will address it all when I get back.
I could be really Radical, and say I want to give the skin a good workout na this whole trip is just to check for bugs, but thats a bit extreme!

Head on up here to the mountains of east TN. Leaves will be slowly changing.
Mountains are a nice change from the South FL area

John,
First off this Skin is amazing. I saw your post on GE integration. I'm already loading this on my car, but when GE is integrated I get to show this off all over again. Thank you!

I'm sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean by "GE Integration". Do you mean IG (iGuidance)?

Duh!
Duh! I just didn't put 2 + 2 together!
I have an excuse though, I just got back from my road trip about an hour before replying to that post, and an pretty out of it... 4 days of driving, and 1,758 miles later!
I will be adding a skin in Blue Devil to support the Google Earth integration in the next few days, I first have to finish off the MapPoint one, and also Streets & Trips.

apologize for late response but i have downloaded the IG patch and am really liking it. Quick question though on the popup for your actions screen as there been a resolve for the inability to use the "X" to exit out of the screen? Other than that this rocks.
