This is one GREAT skin, keep up the good work.

I got one for ya. The confirmation page in IG has black text and is almost unreadable with the dark blue background. Is it possible to change this to white text? Oh, and everyone asks why the GPS shows a red car instead of my black truck, lol. Again keep up the great work.

I don't see how this can be skin related but I can't find any other solution so here goes. When I am on the guidance screen, with the patch installed and I select POI nothing happens, but if I then select any of the other popups and exit out of them the POI screen is there where it should be.?? All the other popups work fine if I use them first, just the POI hides.

In other news, what's the timescale on releasing the PSD'd at least to the main menu? I'd like to re-order the buttons on Menu1 and Menu2 according to my hardware at the current time. Beyond that, this is the skin to use for me, I haven't seen a nicer one in 2 years.

Yeah, Google Earth is what I was reffering to... All the fancy front ends aside, nothing says wow like a satellite image view of driving.

oh, the IG patch: I have tested it as well with IG3, works great for me. More testing to do however.

a couple of things I'm trying to fix,how do you get MPC to start full screen instead of 2.35:1 ratio and automaticaly restart last video from where it stoped?
I can't figure out gps status using your skin John, do you have some info?

Ok, Sorry for the delay in getting back to everyone, was out of town for a few days on a road trip. I did actually get to East Tennessee and it was beautiful!

I will try to put the PSD's together for the menu screens in the enxt couple days. BE WARNED, I am not the best person in organizing such things, and the layers aren't in the best order ect, but it is workable.

For video resolution, click the button labled "16:9" in the lower right of the video screen to change the aspect ratio. As for resuming from the last position, that is a RR.ini setting.

I will try to work on the iGuidance confirmation problem here soon as well. I honestly saw that a while back, and simply forgot to go in and fix it. As for the "Red Car" heheh sorry, I had reshacked iG to match my car ect. To change the car icon is pretty simple, do a search on the forums for "reshack" and you should find lots of tutorials on how to do it.

Hmmm I'm honestly not sure what that could be. I can say I don't think it is a skin specific issue. Try another skin, and see if it reacts the same way.

On the video player, it "remembers" what setting I used last, even after closing and restarting Road Runner. I am not sure if this is a setting somewhere or not.

Alright, got a strange problem with your skin. I've been swearing at the thing for over an hour and can't get it to work right. My problem is with the GPS part, I use Destinator (MapMonkey and FD both, depends I guess on the skin I'm using), and it works fine. I also have iG3, which works fine. Now, when I use your skin, it defaults to iG3, which I don't like as much, so I changed the link on the GPS button to use FD instead, using the line in your readme file. I read the line a couple times to make sure it pointed to the right application and everything, but for some reason, it still launches iG3, even with no references to it on the menu.skin file. Any ideas would be great, this one is stumping me, maybe I'm just having a slow week.

Hmmmm not sure... but did you check Road Runner config, to see what is listed in there as the default GPS program?

EDIT: OH! Duh, I forgot... way back when I placed a line in the ExecTbl.ini file in the blue Devil Skin directory, to whenever "GPS" is called, to load iGuidance. Try removing that line from the ExecTbl.ini file, and see if that takes care of it.

Yeah I dropped FD under default program *and* map monkey path, and then tried it on all the different modes (Map Monkey, External, Menu, etc) and it still launches iG with the normal iguidance.skin

Basically I erased all traces of iG as far as roadrunner was concerned, which didn't help. It's almost as if the unedited menu.skin is cached and reloaded every time I start Roadrunner, even though it is edited.

I'm honestly not sure what could be causing that, Just make sure you check the ExecTbl.ini File in the BLUE DEVIL folder, NOT the main RR folder.

Ok, the TV tuner skin is completed. That was the last piece of the puzzle to complete the base skin, so I'm taking the skin out of Beta.

I also completed the skin for MapPoint. Check the first post for the new download, as well as fixed/additions ect.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you John. I had the same problem while on vacation loading the Freedrive with the Blue Devil skin. Removing the IG line from the ExecTbl.ini "DOES" fix the problem. It now loads as it should. I need to look at the Freedrive screen within RR the only buttons working for me right now are the zoom in and zoom out.
For instance the 3D button does not switch the viewing mode. Obviously I can pull up the menu within Freedrive and change it. I was just trying the side buttons. I need to look at the function call for that button mapping and see if I can pin the issue down. Great work on the skin, I am loving it so far...soon I will have to start customizing it with my toyota symbols but functionality comes before asthetics every time.

When you say "Side Buttons", it sounds like you are using the iGuidance skin to embed FreeDrive into. None of the buttons will work in that case (Except the "Zoom" keys, as iGuidance and Destinator both use the up and down arrows to zoom in and out).

You have to use the ""FreeDrive.skin", which is basically an "empty skin" that the FreeDrive Application embeds into. Check out the "ReadMe.txt that is in the BlueDevil.zip, and it tells you what files need to go where to make it all work correctly.
