Maybe I didn't do something right, but I changed the 108 to 076 in OSK.skin and it didn't fix it.

Oops, I made the change to the skin in my test directory rather than my working directory. Changing to 076 in the OSK skin does in fact fix it. Thanks, Rich. John, I'll let Guino know since I posted it as an RR bug yesterday.
I'm now getting ready to download and install the new version of the skin.

Installed this skin and everything is now working including Google Earth, Traffic and IG3 - woohoo!
However I can't get Video to work - as soon as I click Video it opens the skin and then freezes up - none of the buttons work at that point.
It works ok under other skins such as LSX Void
Any ideas?

Do you use the default Media player classic or other dvd player. If you use something other than MPC, you have to change the menu.skin file to point to the appropriate skin that matches your program that you're using. I'm using mpc right now with no problems (other than the mouse constantly trying to relocate itself to the upper left corner every millisecond thereby negating any action I try to take with the mouse. . .thankfully touchscreen selections are instant).

I use the default video player (this is for video files and not for DVDs) and it calls video_player.skin which opens up, displays a green -4:3 on the screen and freezes.
Are there any log files anywhere that shows where it freezes?

I just changed it to use Windows Media Player as the External video player and it works. However I also tried running mplayerc.exe in Windows and that worked too so I'm just confused it works ok with WMP so I'll leave it alone.
I noticed in the GAS prices skin when running IG3 that there is a button called Show Map that runs a command called gas_0_showlocation but I can't see that this command is defined anywhere and it certainly doesn't actually work.
Is it possible for the zipcode in these apps (Gas, Traffic etc) to be obtained from the Web by using the Long and Lat from the GPS. It would be much neater for the Gas prices and the Traffic to be updated automatically as we drive.

There is no real way of sorting the list other than by channel number. That is what the Channel Favorites is really for. You can put all the favorites in there, and weed out all the unwanted channels.

I am not using any external dvd player currently. My DVD's are actually .avi's that I play through the standard "Video" screen. I will look into trying to get this to work though.

It sounds like there is a video "Cached" and it has been mobed ort something. Try deleting the video.ini file inthe RR Root directory (It will be created again the next time you watch a vdieo)

This is not skin related, check the Road Runners FAQ on the top page of the forums for instructions to get it to work correctly. If after that it still is not working for you, do a search on the forums, as this has been discussed at least 100 times.

New Menu Screen
Ok, I just did not like the menu screens that were in the previous posts, as they did just look too cluttered. I came up with this and want opinions on what you think. The compass in the clock area is a "horizontal compass" meaning it will float left and right to show your direction of travel (Much like a boat or aircraft compass works).
If you do not want the speed and altitude on the top, those can easily be removed by taking out the lines in the menu.skin file.

Regarding post 538: I like having all that information (speed, compass, altitude, etc.) on one screen. It does seem a little cluttered to me, but I don't see how it can be made uncluttered with all that information. I think it would be ideal if this could be made a fifth click so we could have the option of having logo, clock, speedo, compass or this comprehensive screen appear.
