For instance, if you are listening to Satellite radio, and return to the main menu, the playback continues. This allows you to go to GPS, the calculator ect, and still listen to the Satellite radio. Pressing the button with the "Audio" command, tells Road Runner you are going to go into MP3's, and to stop the satellite radio playback. Loading another skin manually with the button on the first menu, "Load;Audio_Full_Player.skin" will allow BOTH audio sources to be playing at the same time, as RR doesn't "know" that you are going to another audio screen.
To set it up properly the skins them selves need to be renamed, and then changing all 4 (including the Audio GPS screen) of the buttons on the bottom of the audio screens to call the correct skins when pressed.
Thanks for the information, I'm still learning!

If I am listening to XM when I shut down, there is no MP3 when I resume.
I researched it some, and I have my mic setting muted on the volume control before I start RR. I also have the mic in set as the line to mute in RR config. Any suggestions?
That does sound like a specific machine issue. I have not see this here before, and am honestly not sure what could cause that to happen.

I'm still having a problem with the date. My computer date is set fine, but when I open roadrunner digitalfx displays a date in the future (today it was october 1) and when i close roadrunner the computer date has been changed. I've tried using the same version of roadrunner but with different skins and this doesn't happen. Any suggestions???

Hmm I'll have to get back to you November 12th.
That is strange, but I THINK I noticed something similar while using iGuidance in the car today. The ETA was 3:40am (It was only a 15 minute drive in the middle of the afternoon). I was thinking the CMOS battery has died, and brushed it off. I will look into it a bit more here and see what I can figure out if anything. Has anyone else noticed strange dates/times on their systems that conflicts with what the OS says?

The new skin is great, can't wait for the additional colors.
Couple of minor things I found:
I couldn't get the JTTPlugin to work at first. You need to update the .chm file's manual install to include copying the plugin to your RoadRunner path for those of us that don't use the installer.
I use key maps to navigate between menus (building some custom controls). For some reason I can no longer go directly to the Main menu skin using my "MAIN" keytbl.ini mapping from the other screens. Here's the scenario; I hit a key that maps to "AUDIO" and that works (loads to the Playlist screen) but then if I hit the key that maps to "MENU" nothing happens. Worked fine in the last beta.
*EDIT: Ignore the navigation issue I had another app running in the background that was hijacking my keystroke.
So far that's all I've seen....great work.

Yes, on two occasions since I've been using Blue Devil/DigitalFX I've had funny things going on with my clock. Same as you, John, I noticed it when the ETA in iGuidance was out of whack. On both occasions it fixed itself after a bit. I didn't check to see if my system clock was also out of whack since I assumed it was a battery problem.

What OS are you using? The line in question in the error is a simple statement that declares/prepares to write to the hard drive. It may be necessary to update your VBRuntime files.

I used to have high CPU usage, while I tried to use your previous skin - Hope that this one will solve it

I will try to update again my VBRuntime - It might be that while trying to clean my system ('Twick XP') - I have "cleaned" too much
I assume the best will be to re-install :Service Pack 6 for Visual Basic 6.0 from : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
And as the rest of the guys mentioned Great Job by you and all the experts in this site!
Thanks John.

Yea s stripped down version of XP has to be done carefully with Road Runner. Road Runner itself also uses these VBRuntime files.
As for CPU usage, that is probably 99% due to Flash. Open the Settings scree, Digital FX Skin Options, and switch to the "Digital Clock". This should bring your CPU Usage way down.

New Colors FINALLY getting going!
Ok, I have released 2 new colors for the skin. A Red one, and a Brushed Metal "look-a-like.
Both are available at the link in the first post.
Let me know what you guys think!

Installer Script Error
My apologizes to the 10 or so people that downloaded the skins before 8:00 PM EST. I forgot to change the installers for each of the different colors. This has been fixed now, and the files are in the first post for download. If the installer is not working for you, please re-download the skin, as I made a couple of other changes as well.
