Buttons on Left not working???

Not sure what the problem is but i can sugest you make sure ignative=true is in rr.ini; also, the skin points to iguidanceUMPC.exe so if ur using the regular IG, you might have to edit the skin.
Just throwing something out there, good luck..

I've added that line to the rr.ini file, but still doing the same thing.
Any other suggestions?

The way iGuidance embeds in RR is not perfect. Sometimes iGuidance looses focus. Try tapping on the map, then try the buttons on the left. I have had this happen quite a bit, and it has just become habit to do so now.

Many thanks to JohnWPB for that brilliant skin!
Although the help file laks some details, the forum thread is a great help. However, some questions have to be asked:
1. GPS screen always opens with the buttons to the left and to the right (I believe it is the Tall Screen mode). It is possible then to toggle between that mode, and Long Screen (buttons on top and bottom), but when I switch to some other screen and then back, it starts again in the Tall Screen mode. Is there a way to change the initial mode from Tall to Long Screen? I use my Stylistic 3400 in portrait mode, and the Long Screen is much better fit.
2. what does it say when I press the Toggle button? It sounds gibberish to me, sorry

I have noticed it saying something weird when I hit the mute also...it sounds like "el-kade".

Is anyone else still having problems with the weather? I Changed my skin files per Robterza's instructions, but it still doesnt update properly. What should be taking place when i click "reload weather"? nothing actually changes. I substituted my temp.jpg picture with on that is easy to recognize, then tried everything i could inside road runner to make it update itself and couldnt to it. If i go to the weather folder and use weatherdownloader.exe, everythings fine. Anyone else having issues?

No problems since making the changes. When you reload, you should hear 2 beeps and the maps update - except temp. For temp to update you have to go to 1 day then back to temp and it will be up to date.
I would sugest start over and follow the instructions to the letter.

EDIT: keep in mind the button coordinates are different in one (or two) of the skin files so can't just cut and paste all over the place..

So I am curious when was stopping DVD's from playing while vehicle is in motion happen?
Because I was messing around today and I clicked DVD and got a nice "Feature Disabled while vehicle is moving" is this a RR thing or skin related? and how do I disable it1?
I searched but came up with thousands of pointless threads.

Hi,
I find that the EQ is not working with this skin.
Using Winamp v5.13.
When I press the EQ button in RR - Audio it will minimize and I see Winamp and can't turn back to RR no more.

It's the motionlock plugin by festy. Have a search on the forum for it, plus, I think if you read the help files with the skin it will tell you how to disable it.

open the mixer skin file into note pad and where the png change them to this
mixer_off.jpg,mixer_off.jpg,mixer_on.jpg,mixer_off .jpg

Ahhh, I figured so. I have not had time to check on my CarPC in the help files( I assumed there was something about it there ) being that my touchscreen isnt working and my USB cables arent getting power, got some work to do!

I know I claimed I would post images on Sunday, but OMFG! I think I got a bad disc or something... So many errors during install. Finally seems OK now.
Everything in iGuidance v4 is up and running in DFX 2.0 just nicely...
Some screens of different size, and then the iG menu popped up...
   
What I have tested so far works great. Did get some funky extra steps when trying to map from the "Gas" button, but I will recheck that later.
Now I need to make a new menu page that perhaps just offers the choice "iGuidance" instead of "iGudiance 3". Anyone done that already?
