On the other hand, I guess I could go back to a "normal" routine, and just not work on or update the skin that often and such...... that is a good possibility actually. Let me know what you guys think.
No, no don't do that. I meant no offense; I've just noticed how often you post in the middle of the night. You're probably like me in the sense that once I get started on something, especially if it's computer related, I can't stop until I have it right. I run into trouble with Wifey on that every now and then.

PLEASE let me know if this is where the problem is originating from, as I have been going crazy here trying to determine the problem.
Just FYI, this was not problem with me.
Happy (belated) b-day . Amazing your up so early after your few drinks.

Except that people will end up discussing so much more than they originally came for and by the time they leave they will have forgotten the answer to the original question.
Oh and others that follow will probably ask the same question, so you'll end up answering the same question 20+ times
Don't worry, just pulling your chain. It seems like a good idea. Shame I can't use it while at work

Well.... You are probably right. Being that it is voice, we should have a machine to pick up when someone first connects:
Press 1 if you are experiencing a red dot when you move you finger across the screen.
Press 2 if iGuidance is not embedding properly.
Press 3 if your visualizations are not embedding and showing and have the standard window border.

Open the Road Runner Configuration Utility, and go to the "VIDEO" section. You need to set up what you are using to play DVD's. I am using the internal player personally, and never really use it, as I have ripped the DVD's I want in the car to the Hard Drive.

Quick question: currently awaiting for my BU-353/Iguidance GPS; with the GPS installed can the gas module display stations near my current location rather than entering a zip code?
TIA!

New Version Released:
Ok, New version released:
NOTE: You MUST have the latest RR Beta (01/22/07) for some of the new features to work. You can download it HERE (Just download the Road Runner.exe and replace your current one with it.
The ONLY One presently updated is the DigitalFX Blue. I will try to get to the others when I have the time. It is becoming more and more difficult to keep up with creating the new skins for the other colors as fast as I would like to.
Additions in this Release:- Skin Installer SHOULD be working correctly now! (God I HOPE SO!)
- Revere Camera support with camera viewer included
- Re-Designed "Utilities" skin. (Few items are not YET implemented)
- 2 New Menu Designs to choose from under Skin Settings Screen
- Media Copy Utility to copy music, photos & video right through the skin to the default folders you have set up in RRConfig / RR.ini The Drives are Dynamic, meaning whatever Drive Letters are available on your system will show up. The remaining buttons will be empty.
- Scribble Pad Skinned to match the look of the skin
- Calculator Skinned to match
- NEW Online Indicator that uses a script I wrote to ping a website every 30 seconds to see if a TRUE Internet connection is available
- ALL Graphics re-done to give a cleaner look to the skin overall
- New "Full Screen" option in the iGuidance screen. It will show a button in the top right overlayed over the map to return to standard view.
Shew! Lots of new stuff

Im new to the board. Ive got the DigitalFX Copper skin installed. Im trying to change the logo to the nissan logo. I have added the exe file extension in the music tab, but when I "single click" on the nissan logo and click on change nothing happens. Furthermore when I click on menu it talks and doesnt change menus. Yes...I hear it spelling something I cant quite understand. So when I try to change the logo I get stuck in that logo/clock change menu screen. I have to click on the power button and choose exit. Anybody else have this problem and know how to fix it?

Welcome to the Forums!
First, there was a problem with the Nissan Logo. It has been fixed in the DigitalFX Blue skin, but not the rest of them yet. You can download the DIgitalFX Blue, and copy the Logo's folder in that skin, to the Copper skin and it should work
To get rid of the voice, open up the RRConfig utility, and look for Voice Enabled, and uncheck mark it.
Right now, honestly, till I get the other colors updated, everyone is advised to use the Blue skin, as it has a log of new features that have not been implemented into the other 3 colors yet.

Oh, I did that . I forgot to mention that I don't have any problems with other skins (BMW for instance)

Hmmmm I am not sure what it can be then. The button code for the DVD button on the Menu skin is "DVD". That simply pulls the information from the Road Runner.ini (Road Runer Config information).
This is the same exact code that the BMV2 that comes with Road RUnner uses. If all is set up on your system correctly, it should work without a hitch.
