weather buttons
you have 5 presets at the top,am i right that the far right should be your gps loction button which works, but the other 4 do the same can not change for other areas it keeps going back to gps location weather.
also i don't have the city loction in gps stats screen tap the locate button and nothing, could this be because i'm on the other side or iguidance connected or somthing.

Ok, sorry, but that is a bit confusing and I am not quite sure what you are asking... and you people complain about US "English" hahhha 
You are correct, the button on the far right will display the weather, when pressed to display the current location.
The other 4 buttons are presets. You can press and hold them, to get the OSK to enter a city of your choosing, that will be saved to the ini, and will remain the way you set them, until you decide to change them.

This has nothing to do with iGuidance. For the GPS weather to work, you need a beta version of RR released by SOnixExtasy02 located HERE. Hopefully this code will make it into the next official release of RR.
(Of course you will need to use a com port splitter to have GPS info available for both iGuidance and RR at the same time. Actually, the weather buttons, and port splitters are covered in great detail in the help file

weather automatic
this works fine ,and i have changed the other buttons by press hold,but when i tap them it just refreshes the gps loction weather that is running at the time,
i do have all the latest updates and gps gate inline to split coms when in gps stats screen says its working,
i know English LOL... not my strong point and i'm English oh well can't choose where your born .

Just wanted to drop a line stating how much I like this Skin. I was wondering if you had any free time could you make something that embedds slingbox into your skin. I really love my slingplayer and use it more then I do my radio. It would be great if I can get it to work in RR with your skin.

I think that we will have to " Encourage" John in this direction with a slingbox gift for him to use. I'll work on getting him one. Or if someone wants to give him access to their box via a log in, it would make things much more helpful. I know that slingplayer is skinnable.

what i would like if this atall pos. i understand your work load,
to change a screen (solitaire) skin i think it is , the 1 that only has the player buttons at the bottom and nothing at the top, what i'm after is the buttons at the top just for 1 screen set ,got somthing in mind that will help my dad only.
don't need the ini file just the on / off png's

Well slingbox works with the tvs in your house (ie. cable and sat)....I am not going to incriminate myself further. We're all computer nerds on this forum, with enough reading on the internet you can do just about anything.

I am running the 5/2 beta version of RR. With this version, and the latest official release for that matter, I am having some weather issues...
The Current and 5 day screens work 100% fine. No complaints there. However, the radar and satelite images are giving me a tough time. They never seem to load an up to date map image. I have tried the "reload weather" button, but it doesn't work and sometimes locks everything up. Is there something I missed in order to get this to work? Also, is the only image available the national map, or can you get the smaller regional maps?

I'll add that there is nothing wrong or illegal with Slingbox. It just provides an internet connection to someones Cable, Sat, Direct or Dish so that it can stream over the net at a very compress ratio. How someone gets cable, Direct TV, Dish etc is a different story.
The owner of the slingbox sets passwords etc to let someone control the channels.
Circuit City, Best Buy and many others sell this unit

How much bandwidth is needed to get a good Picture on the system?
( upload -for sending & download for getting )
and what size video is it?
