Thanks ThunderStick - I think so too ... it took a while to locate some nice icons and once you start to mod something you say to yourself .. "how about adding this or that" ...

Next to be added will be USB radio support ... just as soon as I pick up a USB radio !

From my experience, USB radio's will not replace your head unit radio. In other words the quality sucks and they are not meant for in car use. I would go XM or Sirius if you are replacing your head unit and need a radio. Truly, since I have the carpc I have not evened tuned in the radio for about 5 months except for the occasional morning show. But if needed I could easily do with out.

a word of warning about radio

i have been looking into this for us poor ppl the other side of the pond ,and found out that the sats are not pointing in a way we can get them , so sat radio is out the window for us , we have to either go DAB or Silabs really and as DAB is crap as well standard radio is the really only best option, i have ordered a silabs a week ago still waiting on it . then its time to setup and skin, i think simplistic tran skin has silab support

this is what i found out up till now

Thanks for the info carputer1 ... I was thinking about sat radio too, but to be honest for I'm not sure about having to pay a subscription to listen to a radio station. And sure if the sat's are not pointing this way then sat radio is definately out.

Like you I'm lookng towards the Silabs option ... you might let me know how it works for you when it does finally arrive !

So in the meantime I think I migh look at some transparency for Vicky ... if I get the time to play with it - work is very busy at the moment !.
