you most likely have the original version of the skin ... if you add this file to the skin folder it will bring up the osk for entering numbers. Save it and rename it to "numosk.skin" - I didn't have this in the first release. The version available on page #1 now has this file.

I like both designs, but I guess v2.0 is the way to go
if u search a little in the skins subforum u'll find that the iphone like skins are the most wanted around here. and there's no one really out now. just beta and/or previews

First off i would like to say that you have created a great skin. I would like to humbly request a color changer option coded in? The gold does not go with my interior lights very well. I have a BMW z4 and the lights are a deep red. Thank you so much. Again great great skin.

Since I liked the layout of this skin, I started a transparent version for my owen use.
Here is a shot (with permission) of the audio player in transparent. Of course you can select any image to show.

These colours are hard coded ... but I'll certainly look at perhaps creating a custom "RED" version as a once off ... leave it with me - who about this colour ?

MGD got the spirit of the transparent look i've been talking about

but i'd go with another menu style
i like the original one. this:

I'd just change the skin name for a digital clock (using the same font)

I think keeping the clean look is the way to go
maybe something like this (djaybake7 mockup):

the mac/iphone inspiration on both skins are obvious. and the clean version just looks more pro

I have to agree with will_santana ... personally I prefer the clean look as pointed to in the djaybake7 mockup. If I can get transparencies working in something I can use then the TEK2 transparent version will look very like the mockup above with reflections on a semi solid base at the bottom of the screen and a clean easy to use interface. I do like the top menu bar on MGD's previews and also the depth effect on the buttons with the blue on white, and I;'d loose two of the buttons from the screens to have it like my original ... but that's just my take on MGD's very good skin.

tn6478 : other than the ratings I'm not sure when extra info MGD displays on the audio screen ...

will_santana : how is your version of a transparent TEK2 coming along ?

oh and one last thing : I might have found a way to move to a transparent skin for this one myself using paint.net and importing from Visio ... stay tuned for more in the next week or so.

agree with keeping the simple and clean look, just some transparency will make Teknik V2 more than perfect.

thanks for the graphics, when finished i'll send you the whole skin, is gonna be a lot like polaris functionality. but with your layout.
