Going to start work on weather in the morning. Then I'm starting to run out of ideas. It would be cool if we had something that would help us keep up with who's working on what and all that.

well my search/rating stuff is ready to go, when the missing screens are ready they will work, Teknik, Porthole and Polaris have those running if you want to give it a try, if you want to add that let me know. another thing is that i'm working on the float menu script(CwiG) to work with any .skin file. that way people can create them using skineditor, no need for the ini anymore. all info will be readed from the .skin file.

Traffic Cams is half done and Upd8 I'm yet to start, but should be ready by end of week assuming I get the PC time at home.

Possible solution for the menu problem (mainly which radio to disaply etc)
Liquid Smoke's LSX vOID skin has the ability to change each menu option from within RR.
Therefore when you click and hold on a menu item it brings up a screen so you can choose what skin you want at that position.

That is possible, only problem is then you lose all the nice lettering. No more strokes or drop shadows, you will just have plain white lettering. That style is done with labels, its the same way in my shock skin. Carwings the lettering is in the art.

Thanks andrew for posting those, downloading now.

You could set it up where each "art" text piece is in a separate transparent image file.

I may not be able to help that much with the skinning, but I'm full of odd ideas.

By the way, I'm still trying to get around to tweaking Fixers XM screens for Sirius. I'll post them when I'm done.

with that direction, will it hinder the performance as far as speed is concerned I love this skin cuz its fast and light and still manage to look beautiful... If this change is gonna effect the perfomance and looks, I am not gonna change mine... I am sticking with the way it is...

I have geode 500 mhz proc with 256 ram... looks 20 but works like 80 years old... It's vega UMPC.... enuf said..

blk02SI, I had to tell you how fantastic this is.

I have been lurking and debating a carpc for a very long time, and this skin was enough to push me over the edge and order over a grand worth of parts and jump right in lol.

Everything should be here by monday, so i'll have shots of this in a Diamond Graphite 03 G35 coupe with Black interior for ya on tuesday =)

Cheers!
