@PontiacGA
under output are you using "Nullsoft DirectSound Output"
I don't need a line in plugin as long as I use this for output
But if I use "Nullsoft Waveout Output" then I would need it

I have limited space. I doubt a full sized sound card will fit.

As the author of the plug-in has said there is no way to eliminate it. As in no way to fix it completely.
Edit: As I assume you are using the Linein Winamp plug-in as you posted earlier.
Yeah, read that. Well, if I cant get rid of the stupid echo.... I dont wanna my stereo to sound like a music hall that turned out bad.

You have to change one of the buttons. Just 'click' and hold the button on either of the menu's and a list of different buttons will pop up. Just choose the 'browser' button.
CWorks:I think I have to use the line-in utility, or I only get 2 speakers working.

I would be curious to know which card you used as I tried 3 diffident Sound Baster card and all with the same out come. I had also tried the Wimamp plug-in and well it lasted all of 3 minutes and out it went. The delay drove me nuts.

A question.
Is there anyway to get more room for XM channels on the XM skin.
I have 12 favorites which is what the other skin I use allows on one page without scrolling. But DigitalFX3.0 only allows 9 and you have to scroll to see the rest.
Is there anyway to have 12 showing? Maybe smaller fonts or get rid of the satellite signal bars and make more room?
Also can a clock be added in the XM skin ?
Thanks and thanks for the wonderful skin.

Would someone let me know what I'm doing wrong to get my cpu and hardrive temp to display correctly. Using speedfan and showspeedfan, I renamed my readouts per showspeedfan in the speedfan config and in the menu and menu2 skin files I changed the Temp1 and Temp2 variables as such:
F,240,413,319,73,"BDCompass.swf"
IMG,269,166,255,255,"BDLogo.png",
L,516,4,71,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial"," SFT2","left"
L,408,4,101,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial", "=Computer:","right"
L,212,4,89,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial"," =Interior:","right"
L,311,4,87,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial"," SFT0","left"
L,0,0,0,0,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,0,"Arial","GPSSP D","CENTER"
Now when I run RR, the menu displays "Interior = Left Computer= Left". I'm sure this is simple, so what did I do wrong?
Thanks in advance. This skin rocks.

Copy and paste this code and it should work.
Code:
F,240,413,319,73,"BDCompass.swf"
IMG,269,166,255,255,"BDLogo.png",
L,516,4,71,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial","SFT2",
L,408,4,101,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial","=Computer:",
L,212,4,89,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial","=Interior:",
L,311,4,87,25,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,16,"Arial","SFT0",
L,0,0,0,0,#DFX1R#,#DFX1G#,#DFX1B#,0,"Arial","GPSSPD",
Sorry, forgot, you can NOT justify those speedfan labels....

still not working. I don't get it. should I be changing the skin in the DFX root folder, or all the skin files in the DFX\menu subfolder? I actually changed them all, and still getting "left" as a value. what would cause that?

Update: Ok, it's working now. I see I had to not only change the temp1 and temp2 values, but also delete the "left" and "right" values as well. All is well. thanks alot-I knew it had to be simple.

In the DFX folder is file called "SpeedFan.skin". Change your labels in there.
Don't put "LEFT" or "RIGHT" or "CENTER" after that.

I'm afraid I cant help with that one, as I do not use the CarPC for my phone.
It would help to know what you are using for phone though... Phoco, FreePhone, RRMobile ect.

Hi john sorry I should have made it clearer I am using the free phone that is in your skin, I don’t use the carpc as my phone as I have a Nokia hands free kit which is blue tooth, the phone connects to the hands free kit and to the pc so when I get a call I can answer the call by pc or by Nokia kit, so this means I don’t need the pc to be on all the time or have RR running, I have used Steve’s (CDR)over on DC FreePhone stand alone and it dose not have that screen that comes up when you receive a call that shows a picture of who is calling so I put it down to be in the skin.
Thanks for your help
