Keyboard as main input device

Would anyone be interested in a RoadRunner skin that uses a keyboard rather than the touchscreen as the main input device?

Hello...
as I don't posess a touchscreen but a "High Resolution" (1024x768) Notebook, I tried to develop a Skin I could operate with very few buttons (like a Media Center on a PC e.g Myhttv need only 6 buttons for all funtions) but i failed.

Nevertheless I'm still interested in this subject because I don't plan to buy a touchscreen soon, and my temporary solution which uses a Joypad for controlling the mouse ain't perfect...

So just give it a try please
I think I'm not the only one around who doesn't use/own a touchscreen

. I'm a full time student and I am doing a bunch of interviews for jobs now, so it might be awhile before a release is ready :P.

If anyone has any features/requests for the skin, pleases state them now.

Not to discourage you, but I quite don't understand what your taking about exactly...

Any skin can already do this, one would just have to create a big keytbl.ini file that would execute the same cmds that a button would, or create all custom cmds in the keytbl file and then in the exectbl file you would define what each one of the custom cmds would do.

The problem with that is it's hard to remember all the key codes for all the different skin files(A-Z isn't quite enough to fully control a whole skin with global hotkeys).

The skin I'm going to make will have different keys for different skin files. The key to have to press will be underlined in the word so you don't have to remember them.

Example: Music
Example: GPS

In other words, it will be much more user-friendly.
