Um make a button. For the command type "LOAD;YourSkinFile.skin" where yourskinfile is whatever you call it. example bradleygt2.skin
If you hold down the shift key and use the mouse to make a box on the screen. then you can click ADD. That will bring up type of objects to add. Pick button. Then a properties box will come up. It should autofill in the x,y,w,h and all you need is to put the command in for that button. on the [...] next to command in the editor you will see a list of commands available and notes on how to use them.
