Awesome work on getting Garmin to integrate, but the volume increase button covers up the arrival time. If you moved it next to the volume decrease, that would solve it, but I figured I'd let you know about it. Thanks again for your work.

See, not having a working copy makes a little difference, If you could post a screen shot of that (without the overlay) I can make the adjustments. Thanks!

I wasn't able to get garmin to load using the GMPC.skin

A new release is coming, and that might fix your issue, I've been fairly busy with my store closing and finding a new job. I will get to it, hopefully early next week, but I have an idea to help your issue...

First, download my overlay, install it per the instructions I provided, and make sure it works, if it does, then copy djmickyg's images over mine.

Any news on a 640x480 size on this ? for some reason i thought i had 800x480 which i probably did at some stage , but then the os died and reformat and blah blah blah ... anyway im at 640x480 now and the screen just looks a tad off which is a pity cause this is far superior to the other gps i was using with better voices and rotating maps ... sweet.
Id do the resizing myself , but id prob mess it all up.

I use BM2V
Now my Exectbl.ini looks like this:
Code:
"GMPC_OVERLAY","RUN;$SKINPATH$ElcosMenu.exe|GMPCOL .skin"
"GMPCOSK","RUN;$SKINPATH$ElcosMenu.exe|GMPCOSK.ski n"
"X_OVERLAY","SENDMSG;ElcosMenu;Exit"
"GMPC","LOAD;GMPC.skin"
"RUNGMPC","RUN;$garminpath$;!CDP"
In my skin file it now looks like this:
Code:
B11,400,533,100,67,"GMPC||GMPC_OVERLAY||RUNGMPC"," "
Problem: If Exit from BM2V to Windows, GMPC is not automatically is closed. How to fix MR? thank

While we wait for me to finish the new graphics, I have created a simple script that will close GMPC when RR exits.
This is only necessary if you have this line in your rr.ini:
closeapps=true
and GMPC does not close, or if you have the above as false, this script will close GMPC for sure.
I've posted it on the first page, with an instruction file. Please let me know if this works for you.

I've been running Garmin as the default gps app. so i've changed your code to
B11,400,533,100,67,"GPS||GMPC_OVERLAY"," "
and renamed GMPC.skin to External_gps.skin
and it closes fine for me when i exit

I think those that are having issues probably don't have closeapps=true set in rr.ini, because on all the machines I've tested, every one of them closes GMPC on exit. When I made the above setting false, nothing closed.
