I Apreciate that because i'm going to need it. For now the code is basic, straight up commands. I'm currently combing through the documentation on how to set and use variables. I cant for the life of me get this "SKIPTO" command to work.At present, my browser pulls up a menu whith this command B10,639,281,58,58,"MENU;Skip.skin" and my skip menu looks like this.

Code:
/, Button B01,025,025,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;A" B01,093,025,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;B" B01,161,025,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;c" B01,228,025,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;D" B01,295,025,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;E" B01,362,025,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;F" B01,429,025,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;G" B01,496,025,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;H" B01,563,025,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;I" B01,630,025,63,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;J" B01,025,125,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;K" B01,093,125,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;L" B01,161,125,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;M" B01,228,125,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;N" B01,295,125,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;O" B01,362,125,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;P" B01,429,125,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;Q" B01,496,125,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;R" B01,563,125,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;S" B01,630,125,63,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;T" B01,025,225,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;U" B01,093,225,66,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;V" B01,161,225,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;W" B01,228,225,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;X" B01,295,225,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;Y" B01,362,225,65,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;Z" B01,429,225,130,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;#" B01,563,225,132,75,"ESC||SKIPTO;1"

I don't see anything wrong with it

What is it doing (or not doing)?

Its not doing whats its supposed to which is SKIPTO the letter. It does nothing. Although after much frustration i tried the dfx skin to see what the issue was, and it didn't work either. Is there some RR setting that has to be initiated.

Yours or DFX's? I just tried DFX and it works.

Post your whole .skin and graphics; if it works for me (or somebody else) then we can narrow it down to your system.

What OS is it anyway?

doesnt the SKIPTO command need to be run on the skin in which u want it skipped? Change your commands on skin.skin to "CLOSE||SKIPTO;<LETTER>" and see if that works

Turns out the problem was with my pc, till now i've been working on my laptop. I loaded it on the desktop and it functions, without altering the code.

Flash Clock

Like i said in post 1 "I borrowed this flash clock from DFX (see post 1, pic 1) and i like the style, though i think its a bit dark. So all you flash gurus out there, if you could point me to a simple clock like that one or an alternate colour of the same style, that would be much appreciated.

Tissy made some outstanding transparent flash clocks that you could change the colors of the numbers, dials, tick marks and inserts. Given the level of creativity here now, I'm sure you could get one of these and code up a script to change the colors in a menu in RR.

Where can find those. I was using the clock/compass/speedo clock that he made and it is by far my favorite but its not transparent. It looked good in the simplistic skin but the gradient doesn't look right in this one. Is there a transparent version out there??

I believe the current version on his website can have transparency turned ON/OFF.
